Installed 2 doors but after a couple of months one started to malfunction. Autodor were able to diagnose the problem from a video I submitted and sent a replacement part through the post. They then talked me through fitting the new part - which solved the problem. This was very satisfying.

They simply did a good job of installing the garage door. What more can you say

GOOD TO DEAL WITH

I had to have the garage door replaced after an accident caused by a neighbours car! In order to get inside the garage, Autodor attended and safely removed the badly damaged door, so a car stuck inside could be removed for repair. They then obtained a nice replacement bespoke roller door and the installation of that was done quickly and tidily!

Great communication, was able to discuss my slightly awkward installation requirements directly with the person responsible for manufacturing (and later on site). I've had the gate for a year now, very happy with it so far (one thing I was worried about is if it'd rattle in high wind, but it doesn't). Also, the control box is nicely documented and accessible for modifications.

Installed electric power to my garage plus used the existing tilt and turn door. When you get old and suffer with arthritis it is a massive aid to your mobility. The team did a super job. It works really well. I would recommend you use Autodor there was no overselling eirther very good value.

I found this company who i saw putting in a new garage door for my neighbour in the lane behind the house. As I was having problems with my own door I spoke to the two workmen. They took a look and gave me a quote on the spot for repairing the old door or installing a new roll-up door for the old opening-outwards door. The prices they quoted seemed very reasonable and I decided immediately to order a new door through them. The manager of the company later rang me, confirmed the price and gave me an approximate delivery date, which seemed OK especially considering that the company is involved with the manufacture of the door.

The installers worked rapidly, efficiently and professionally. They were also two very pleasant young men, who politely refused coffee when offered, They removed all of the old door and mechanisms, heavy springs, chain, metal supports, old control box, everything. No small task. Everything left clean and tidy. They connected up with the garage electricity supply while I was out. Did a good job of that too.

After a few days, I changed my mind about the exact door I had ordered and I spoke to the manager. He was very obliging and agreed to provide me with the slightly more expensive white door rather than the galvanised one I had ordered.

A few days later I received an invoice, which I paid by bank transfer on receipt. Straightforward and unrushed.

I am not just pleased with my new white garage door, I am over the moon. I would heartily recommend anyone who has a wonky or dangerous outwards-opening garage door to buy a new roll-up one from Autodor.

They turned up when they said they would and the two guys did a great job, very pleased.
