Jessabele at Authorify was fantastic! She has been working with me for the last two weeks to get my Authorify books and platform up and running. She walked me through all of the templates and training courses and helped me get up on social media. The books from Authorify are great. My next appointment after signing up which was quickly available like next day was with Jess again very knowledgeable and patient as well. She walked me thru several steps and I felt at this point I had made the right choice. The Authorify's program and platform seems very user friendly as well. She also assured me that she would be available and there to walk with me through every step. We have our next appointment scheduled and I cannot wait to meet with her next week.

The book builder gives many options and easy to navigate..

With this company I experienced terrible customer service, first with the non customer service team who was supposed to call me back and help facilitate my cancelation after paying $260+ per month on a 12 month contract. They never called back or would not answer to cancel. Instead, they collected a 13th month payment, at that point I cancelled that card. Then the 2nd terrible customer service person, Kyle Varello, if that's even a real name, called me and said it was cancelled. Then when I asked where were my last 60 books which I ordered, he then proceeded to ignore all further emails. Took my money and kept my books. I'll never do business with this company again. Good luck to anyone who subscribes for a year then needs to cancel after your subscription has ended.

Chris was amazing and had the patience and time to guide me through step by step to get me started on creating my book along with all the training programs.
The things that I love about this program is that there are so many platforms you are able to access for training and to help you to be successful with the book and your business.

I just had my onboarding meeting with Paige and I was very excited with the marketing information I received. I'm looking forward to getting started with using the platform to promote my real estate services! So far, I love the templates available for use.

I received my physical books as well as the digital link and I'm excited to distribute immediately to capture leads. I truly appreciated Paige's expertise and assistance today.

Authorify has been very informative and helpful. I recommend that you look into this for yourself. My personal assistant today was great at showing me how to navigate the program and how to post my books.
