What a joke this company is! I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. When reaching our to Customer Service they told me for it had shipped - When I tracked it, USPS said a label had been made but not received. I did this for 4 days still being told it was shipped, but still USPS not had not received the package for for delivery. Customer Service wouldn't even respond to my email. Oh, I did receive an auto reply acknowledging my email, but never received any kind of response. I needed this shirt by August 17 and figured 4 weeks was plenty of time to recieve it. Couldn't even get the courtesy of an response.

I ordered one shirt from this website on a whim not knowing what I was getting myself into. Apparently all their products are “discounted” as a way to deter people from getting refunds and exchanges as per their refund policy (although they don’t make that known upfront when showing you the price of the item while shopping). The quality of the print was poor as well as discolored. It did not look anything like the thumbnail image once I received it in person. I had to file a dispute and escalate with PayPal to hopefully have a chance at getting my money back. Do not order from these con artists. They will not give your money back and the product quality sucks.

*** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTLET! *** -- I thought this was a legitimate shop but the one t-shirt I ordered arrived ~3 weeks later. It was way to large and all attempts to start a return have gone unanswered. I have not received any response after multiple attempts to obtain the return shipping address as there is nothing posted on the website outside of contacting the company via email. All emails go unanswered and now I'm stuck with a $35k t-shirt that I could have purchased at a reputable shop for half the cost. I recommend you go to other shops like Rockabilia which I have never had an issue with or even Spencers...Amazon....anyone outside of this crooked shop.

Scam! T-Shirts came VERY late. They were unresponsive to email inquiries. Eventually responded saying "we did respond". No trace of anything in Spam, Junk, etc. Wouldn't exchange the shirts for a larger size because they were "discounted". Every thing was discounted, so that's unavoidable. Quality is sub-par..........Don't do it!! Better Business Bureau is going to have their way with these clowns!

Do not purchase! It was over a week with no shipment so I reached out asking for a cancellation twice. They responded a week later saying no, finally sent a “shipping” status, although it wasn’t shipped until over a week later. When I reached out for a return, they said no because it was a discounted item. It was a full priced item that I used a promo code for. A promo code they offer to every person to enters their website so they are intentionally keeping people from being able to return. This is a scam and deceptive company.

It’s a scam. Don’t purchase tshirts from them. It’s been 7 weeks and my order hasn’t showed up. Customer service keep sending auto replies with the same reasons as excuses like high demand due to spring -summer season. No tracking number no ETA’s. They are trash.

Waited 5 weeks to have wrong T Shirts received.

Two orders, both mishandled. First order was fulfilled with a materially different (cheap) design and had to be returned at my expense. Second order failed to deliver shirt for a full month. Upon escalation, customer service rep used weasel words to subtly imply it had been shipped, but refused to provide tracking code for transparency allowing to confirm and locate.

The operational side and systems of this company are exceptionally poor, especially considering their premium pricing.

Extremely poor communication, no updates 3 weeks and no shipped items. Request for refund are unanswered.

As with others I ordered 3 shirts because of a discount on a bundle and one of them was very thin and ill fitting. I asked to return it for a refund and was told I couldn't have a refund on a discounted shirt. But if you look at their "sale" even one shirt gets a discount, essentially meaning you can't return anything. But they do have a 30 day money back guarantee. Hmm. Guaranteed you'll never get your money back. I wish I had seen this site before I bought the shirts. With any clothing you want to try it on and see how it looks and feels before you buy it or keep it. A company not allowing you to return clothes that don't fit or are cheap and crappy, is a real sleazebag. I am having PayPal review the case and hope to recoup the cost of the bad shirt. I'd honestly return the other 2 if I could just because ABM and it's business practices are gross.

I ordered 3 shirts 10 days ago. Still has not shipped. When I asked what the estimated ship date was bc I had ordered these for a concert in a week (I figured 20 days was more than enough time), I get an automated response but no actual answer. No where throughout the ordering process did it say it would take this long. It said 4-6 day shipping. I will be requesting to cancel this order to which I’m certain they will not even thought nothing has been processed and shipped. Will never order anything from this website again. I think it’s a scam and after reading other reviews I’m assuming g the quality is going to be bad. Threw away $100. Awesome!

I ordered a shirt from Authentic Band Merch. The shirt that arrived was cheap and ill fitting. It was about 3 inches longer than described. When I asked to return for a refund, they refused me because I took them up on their 10% discount for new customers. Beware, these shirts are $3 t-shirts sold for much more.

I requested return and refund from Authentic Band Merchandise for a shirt bought as a gift for me a size too small. The shirt is a “Rock Off“ brand tee shirt. Authentic Band Merchandise serves as reseller for Rock Off’s wholesale merchandise. Authentic’s customer service department emailed me after a second effort to engage them in providing me with a returns address for an unopened shirt. They stated that because the shirt was made to order, it was therefore was ineligible for return.
Given the many other postings here and elsewhere that reflect their poor business practices and their having many more inaccurate methods of disqualifying returns than the means to honor them, I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this company like the plague.

I order 2 shirts. I received 1. It was great quality and well made and absolutely a great shirt. But I emailed them and asked for my other shirt. Never heard anything. So I assumed it was an error on my part. I reordered the second shirt. I received it and was so happy with it. Then the original 2nd shirt came in the mail as well. I reached out and told them I would be returning one. I was told it was a special order so no returns. I explained the situation and was told someone would review the case and get back with me. Never heard from them again. I would have accepted NO but I wanted that promised return e-mail. The customer service is horrible. The shirts may be cute. But the are 35+ each. I needed a concert shirt for a gift yesterday and chose a different company. Lost a customer.

I ordered two shirts from them and one was the wrong size and misprinted. I reached out to them about the problem and they said they cant do returns for these items because they were discounted. The shirt was $35 with a discount of like $0.95 cents. I told them that they were the wrong size that was sent but they still did nothing to fix this and not even get back to me. They are giving tiny discounts on items just so they wont have to do returns and then still just ship you wrong sizes and misprinted faulty shirts. They are a joke of a company.

After more than half a year waiting for 3 t-shirts I have not received anything from them, it's a scam, they are thiefs.
Do not trust and go buy in a another place.
PD: I still want my money back.

I would give zero Stars if I could. Received a shirt that had some kind of chemical stains all through it. And it was packaged like that. Don't waste your money. The T-shirt I bought along with the thermal was supposedly an extra large but after one wash and Shrink up so much that it's not even a medium now. I guess they're product can't stand cold water wash

Order took a month to ship, sent emails via their “contact us” form on the website twice with no response. Finally received the item, washed it once on cold, and the screen print turned from black to purple. Would never buy from this company again-very poor customer service and product.
