Great experience
Great experience. My sister went into the store to pick out a piece she liked, and I was able to pay for it online while she was there so she could take it home the same day. She was given great service and the price was very reasonable.

Besvarelse fra Austral Stones
Thank you so much for your kind words — we’re really happy you love your pendant.
We’re very sorry about the delay with the express delivery. This was an isolated issue caused by the shipping carrier, and not the standard we aim to provide. Express orders are normally delivered much faster, and we’re already working with the courier to prevent this from happening again.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback — it helps us improve.
