This website is a total scam. Seriously if anyone wants it I can send them the whole conversations of the scam and want to stop anyone from hiring them.

Have been dealing with this for the last months still not a single thing has been resolved. The website I purchased and paid for the hosting and maintenance - that is literally all gone as I cannot access the website now and they do not even respond to my request of giving my website back.

They said we cannot do anything because they are not based in Australia? Funny they call them Australian Webdesigners - I am going to raise this issue with relevant Government bodies so that they cannot scam Australian people and businesses anymore! Beware!!

Would give 1 star if possible.

Excuse after excuse. Was going to take 2 weeks they said and after being handed over from person to person like a baton I am still here 8 months later with no website or refund.

Disaster. This run out of Pakistan with the contact being in Victoria Australia so they can get an australian ABN. I've paid for a website, SEO, website hosting, advertising and all I get is excuse after excuse from Jay. Thousands of dollars I've been scammed.
They are refusing to communicate and address all my concerns and will not give me the password to access my own website that I spent months writing the articles for. I am reporting them to VCAT, Paypal, and my credit card company to attempt to get a refund on their 100% guarantee which they refuse to back up their promises. They took advantage of me, being older with little comprehension of webdesign and SEO. My business is as an advocate for people and they have preyed on my vulnerability. Shame shame on you.
I just want them to give me my password and access to the website I own so I can be free from this curse of Australian Web Designers, aka American Web designers aka quantum byte solutions. I'm broken ....

Work is sub par, Joey promised refunds at ANY time before development phase. This was one of joey's blatant lies. Unfortunately financial and business circumstances i was unable to proceed with my website development. They have since been avoiding contact for months, making it impossible to correspond, and refuse to refund me a PARTIAL amount of my deposit. I agreed to pay them for work that was completed (a logo).

I will be taking action against them.

Do not hire this company. They don't delivery what they advertised. I have paid 50% upfront, they even answered my emails. It was a simple website then I had to explain how to build it. They have shown me the first version, now it has been 2 months I hired them and I have nothing done. Even the second version.

Do not fall in to this Company!!

At the start Joe and Jerry from Australian Web Designers are very promising and convincing. I paid them $2950 for my business website. However after 6 months , my website was very disappointing and went downhills, I asked them multiple times how I want them to remove the Fake Testimonials (this is against the law, they should know better) and my personal address (safety reasons), but they totally ignored me. More than 3 times My website was not live and in many cases the business emails also cant be accessed and this cause many communication issues with my clients and other companies. Many other problems with my website that they haven’t fix it.
When I tried to called/text Jerry/Joe, they often don’t pick up my calls and ignore me knowing they are in trouble. It was such an ugly battle with them. There’s many moment they replied my messages with rude and arrogant messages and tried to twist and manipulate the conversation.

I am now fighting for my money back/Refund, I have reported them to the Consumer Affairs Victoria and will take legal action against them through VCAT.

What a rip off this company. They will just rob your money for their own benefit. Don’t waste your money to this company.
