You issued an invoice for $0 for a 2m scaffold which is valued st $2k plus. Then advised it was a mistake. If anything your team should honour this. Take ownership of the matter and then fix your system. That's the right thing to do.

The best customer service ever
I had a problem with a part on a Maxi prop 3.2m, I called on Tuesday and a new replacement part arrived on Thursday all free of charge. Australian Scaffolds has given me the best customer service I have ever had, which only confirms the high quality of the equipment they sell, simply the best.

No brainer business to hire and buy scaffolding in Sydney

As a local business based in Riverstone, you are one of the best local Australian businesses we have dealth with. You stand by your word and your expedited installation and removal of scaffolding helped me line up the trades in place saving me thousands.
