Australian Hosting Solutions is an Australian-owned web, domain and email hosting provider based in Strathfield South, Sydney. We have been hosting Australian businesses since 2016, trading as Secure Web Services until we rebranded in 2022. Australian Hosting Solutions is a registered business name of Secure Web Services Pty Ltd, ABN 40 611 373 365. Every server we run is located in Australia. Our hardware sits in Equinix's Sydney data centres, with redundant power, cooling and network connections, and our cloud hosting runs on Google Cloud Platform's Australian region — so your website and email data stay onshore, and your customers' page loads don't cross the Pacific. We offer shared web hosting on LiteSpeed servers with cPanel, free SSL and the Softaculous installer from $24.90 per month; cloud hosting on Google Cloud Platform for businesses that need to scale; business email hosting and Microsoft 365; domain registration and management; and SSL certificates and website security. Our tagline is "Going above and beyond is how we grow", and it isn't ours originally — a customer wrote it about us years ago. Plenty of hosts are secure and reliable. We treat that as the starting point rather than the selling point. What we compete on is service: you get a named account manager who knows your setup, not a ticket queue. Phone support runs 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, on (02) 9199 8787, answered in Australia by our own team, and outside those hours you can leave a message. Our servers are monitored around the clock, with a system administrator on call for critical incidents. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Writing as the director of Quick Fix…
Writing as the director of Quick Fix Group Pty Ltd, we have worked with Damien now for over 10 years, I have never once had a single issue, if I could give his customer service 6 stars, I would.
The quality of service we receive from AHS is extremely high, I could not recommend them more highly, anytime I've ever had any request or needed help, Damien solves it pretty much instantly over the phone, every single time, no waiting in queue or having to go through several people before speaking to someone who is willing to help.
Damien is one of the few people left who actually seems to care about doing their job well, such that its a shame he works in the hosting industry since I only need to interact with him 2 or 3 times a year, life would be much easier if all my business interactions were as quick and easy as they are with AHS.

Exceptional Service and Reliability with Australian Hosting Solutions
For several years, we've been loyal clients of Australian Hosting Solutions (AHS). Initially drawn by competitive pricing, we decided to try another provider, committing to a 12-month prepaid plan. Unfortunately, the transition proved challenging. Within weeks, we faced significant issues with the new provider, including slower server speeds and email delivery delays of up to an hour. Moreover, their support was subpar, with communication strictly via email and no staff available for direct interaction, leading to erratic technical performance. After just three weeks, we returned to AHS, recognising the experience as a valuable lesson. Upon rejoining AHS, we noticed substantial upgrades in their hardware and services, with increased server capacity and improved speeds that perfectly align with our needs. Their team offers exceptional support, efficiently addressing our internal requirements and proactively providing solutions as part of their service package. We wholeheartedly recommend Australian Hosting Solutions as an outstanding provider in the industry.

Thanks for the feedback, and I'm sorry this wasn't the outcome you wanted.
For context for anyone reading: we screen new orders for fraud, and where an order doesn't pass screening we decline it and refund the payment in full. That's what happened here — no service was provided and no money was kept.
We run those checks to protect our customers and our network, and we'd rather occasionally decline a legitimate order than let a fraudulent one through. If you believe yours was declined in error, call us on (02) 9199 8787 or reply to your order email and we'll take another look.
