Parcel arrived promptly with tracking…
Parcel arrived promptly with tracking provided ( which I REALLY like). Tried it for the first time last night ~ tasted ok and I do believe I slept a little better. I definitely felt more relaxed.
Like all people who have trouble sleeping ~ I am willing to try anything!
Will have to see how it goes long term.

Great service and company.
The whole process from ordering through to payment was so quick and then the notifications re shipment were just as fast. I have found the company to be so efficient to deal with.

I was very happy that the powder had a very subtle taste that was only of a faint hint of blueberry and dissolved completely in water without even stirring. No powdery or gritty feeling which I was afraid of so very pleased and have already ordered more!

I love the consistency
I love the consistency. Love that is all natural and it has an impressive list of ingredients but it’s so sweet that I can’t drink it :(

Usually the service is great however the product I ordered was out of stock and it took over a week and a half to be shipped. I wouldn’t have minded at all if I was contacted when my order was placed however I had to send an email to find out why my ordered hadn’t shipped 5 days after placing it.

No delivery of subscription
We have a subscription, for the past 6 months our deliveries have been late, not the full order delivered, of the incorrect type or not received at all. I was told at one stage there was a delay in stock being received, this was a few months ago though.
