Sent parcel to wrong address even…
Sent parcel to wrong address even though I had given them the correct delivery address.
Sent an email with photo of wrong address on the parcel to their sales department.
No response even though I had a delivery and read receipt.
If a company can't be bothered to respond to their customers then they don't deserve any positive reviews or further purchases.

My little boy got one of your lovely hanging Monkeys for Christmas, he took it everywhere, then lost him 😢... ordered another while checking all hiding places. The monkey arrived swiftly....my 2 year old unpacked it and was so pleased. Thankyou he loved the palm pet freebie ❤
