I have had very bad ear problems

I have had very bad ear problems, and its been 13 years since anyone's looked. But wow . Shane made me feel cam plus talked me threw it the process, my hearing is now back . Thank you 10/10 , quality service quality customer servic service. Well done and thank you

Hearing test.

Appointment started promptly with no waiting.
Shane explained everything clearly and comprehensively.
The tests and results were also clearly and you are able to observe the condition of your ears first hand.
Following the tests, the various options were discussed and a course of action agreed.

Definitely Returning

Very easy to book at a convenient location. Audiologist was extremely patient, told me all I needed to know before starting and carried out procedure with care. No hesitation in returning.

couldn't of asked for anything more or better

Shane was amazing, he explained everything to me. what could of caused the blockage, how he was gonna clear it and the various stages that could be needed to clear it. constantly made sure it wasnt causing me any pain while he was doing it. he took pictures and showed me them both before and after, and he also fitted me in the same day as i was in some pain with my blockage. which i was so thankful for

Wax removal appointment

Shane was extremely helpful when booking appointments for my elderly parents. On the day of the appointment he was very detailed and explained what he was doing and suggested aftercare and how often they should rebook to keep on top of it. My husband is already a client and I will also be booking in with Shane. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shane to friends and family.

I have been a client of Shane’s since 2023. As my hearing loss is not straightforward Shane has been and still is working tirelessly, with patience and determination, to find solutions to make my hearing as good as it possibly can be. I am very happy with Shane and would definitely recommend him.
