I bought wartaway online, five tubes. I was sent Eelhoe wart cream and assumed this was how it arrived, that it was the same product, differently packaged. I used it anyway, for medically certified warts and skin tag, by my GP. Have used religiously, twice a day for a month with zero results. I have paid over sixty pounds for a product which is not what I bought online and which does not work, so beware of wartaway, they have not provided a product which works

I am very surprised they are still trading. I thought they would be closed down by now especially when trading under a new name Beauty Zone. I have had many facials in my life and visited many salons Never have I come across such a horrible place and shocking service. Not once did they ever cleanse my face before treatments. The place is absolutely filthy. Pressure sale tactics. Lack of care and very unprofessional. Bad attitude. Rudness.

NO STARS Actually — these people are horrible - I just reported them to the BBB. They claim 3 to 5 days SHIPPING — It’s been 2 weeks and I told them SEVERAL Times to give me a REFUND Before they shipped it -LATE — No Communication from them other than. —We have shipped your order - Their product and Customer Service SUCKS~!

All the reviews I read before going were 100% accurate, and it’s honestly unbelievable that this place is still allowed to operate.
I have never experienced such bad customer service anywhere. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with rudeness, pressure, and disrespect. The sales tactics are aggressively pushy to a level I’ve never seen before, making the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. You don’t feel like a customer — you feel like a target.
The receptionist, who conveniently also seems to become the manager when it suits them, clearly has serious anger management issues. Any attempt to ask questions or raise concerns is met with hostility and attitude rather than professionalism.
In the end, you leave with nothing but stress, poor service, and less money. I personally lost £130 — not a massive amount compared to some of the horror stories below where people mention losing £500 or more — but it’s still money wasted and an experience that shouldn’t happen anywhere.
My advice is simple: stay far away from this place. Do not waste your money. Do not buy vouchers, especially not through Groupon, and do not book any services here. There are plenty of legitimate businesses out there — this is not one of them.

Extremely unprofessional and disturbing experience
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this clinic, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking any service here.
My husband kindly gifted me a Groupon voucher that included a full body massage and facial cleansing. I booked my appointment for 10:30 am and arrived about 8 minutes late. At the reception, the staff immediately told me that they would finish the treatment within the remaining time — which I understood and accepted.
Once in the treatment room, a staff member offered to “upgrade” my service to a WOW facial, claiming it usually costs £250 but that they would provide it as a free upgrade. However, she never mentioned that this meant my full body massage would be excluded. I agreed to the “free upgrade” assuming it was in addition to the massage included in my voucher.
When another therapist came in, I asked if we would start with the body massage. She said, “No, we’re just doing the facial today.” When I tried to clarify that my Groupon included both, the staff member who had offered the upgrade came back, became defensive, and rudely lashed out, saying “I can’t f**ing deal with this,”* before storming out of the room.
I was completely shocked by her behavior. I calmly said that I just wanted the body massage portion done with whatever time remained. She said she’d check with the manager, then returned saying it wasn’t possible to do “half” of the voucher service and that I’d have to reschedule. When I agreed to reschedule, she then claimed that only the manager could do that, and that the manager wasn’t present.
A short while after leaving the clinic, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be the manager, accusing me of assaulting their staff and saying that a police report had been filed. This was a complete lie — nothing of that sort happened. It was a clear attempt to intimidate and scare me after I questioned their service.
To make things worse, the manager also told me that my voucher had been cancelled and that they would not provide any further service.
This entire incident left me extremely distressed — not only because of how unprofessionally I was treated, but also because of the false and serious accusation they made against me.
I would strongly warn others to stay away from this place. No one deserves to be treated this way — yelled at, lied to, and then falsely accused after simply asking for what they paid for.

!!!SCAM!!!! Avoid!!! - Multiple named businesses running from this address and all with the same terrible reviews. Pressurising sales tactics, poor customer service and refusal to adhere to consumer rights legislation (& their own T&Cs - which keep changing)

They ask for bank transfers to get around various legislation to protect consumers! AVOID. Plenty of lovely salons in the city who aren’t actively scamming people!

Please AVOID! Horrible pressurising sales tactics! I stupidly got pressured into buying a "package" of 3 facials for £530. Treatwell prices for Aura clinic are cheaper than the "deal" they sold me!
During my facials I continuously got badgered to buy more "packages", even though I would politely refuse, when I refused each time the therapist would come back from chatting to the receptionist with a new cheaper deal, going from £170 a facial down to £100.
Honestly, I must have said no two or three times to more facials packages (all while trying to enjoy my facials). And to top it off after saying no, the receptionist tries again as I was trying to leave, calls on therapist to gang up and use pressure tactics again. It's a horrible feeling. This has happened me on THREE occasions. I'm finally free of the packages now..

Extremely unprofessional to the point of fraud. I booked and paid for my massage appointment days ago. With less than 24 hours notice, this lady calls me to tell me she cannot find a massage therapist for me and needs to cancel. I asked for my refund and she told me I have to call her manager to ask for it. The number she gave me is not working - I tried more than 10 times. When I called her back to inquire, she hung up on me! I am ready to report them to the police.

Poor customer service from the Lothian road Edinburgh branch. I'd bought a voucher for a 60minute massage for a friend for her birthday but on calling the venue she was told they would not honour the voucher and hung up the phone. I was shocked to hear this and emailed the venue but no one replied to my message and just received a refund for my initial voucher payment. Seems very unprofessional and disappointed that I chose this venue for her birthday gift.

Failed to tell me I would be charged a surcharge for missing an appointment. I paid for a block so all treatments were paid for in advance. Someone called me up and said as I missed the appointment I would need to pay a surcharge, i said no as I already paid for treatment in full so you’re not out of pocket. She said if I don’t pay the £45 now over the phone it would double I’m price the following day so I felt I had to pay when I’m himdsight and after speaking to consumer protection Scotland I should not have paid as I was not told or given t&c’s. When I went onto the venue for next appointment I asked for the t&c’s and was told these were online however they were not as myself and consumer procltextion scotland checked. Lady said she would get someone to call me back and they never did. A few days later they updated the t&c’s on their website. Didn’t finish my treatment and left out of pocket by these liars. Also, as I never booked online I should have been given t&c’s in person which never happened. Made a complaint and took 3 months to reply and didn’t even address my issues

Vicky has done a variety of treatments on my skin over the last two years. She always explains the treatments in great detail. She makes you feel welcome comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend Vicky to anyone. And myself will continue to visit her for more skin treatments.

Vicky is the best ever,friendly,reassuring & knows her job. Have had two chemical peels & am highly delighted with the result.Would definately recommend.

Vicki newman at the gatehouse private clinic billing road northampton . After having had breast implants and an uplift I felt after 12 years it was time to have the implants removed. I went to Aurora because of the positive reviews and I am so glad that I did. From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt as though I was part of a big lovely family and that I was in the right place. I was instantly referred to Miss Anne Dancey. I was assessed for my needs which was implant removal, uplift and fat grafting. I had my surgery 6 weeks ago and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. Miss Dancey is a perfectionist and I can't thank her enough for changing my life.

I had breast augmentation surgery for tubular breasts with Dr Adrian Richards and am over the moon with the results. Both he and his assistant Aggie are amazing, Aggie is available 24/7 if you have any worries and my results are perfect.

From the moment I walked in to the clinic, to the moment I left I was made to feel welcome, explained everything to me that was going to happen. The nurse herself gave me a little back ground on herself so I felt comfortable in her company.
Friendly staff, great customer service, and will be the only company I will be using for my botox or cosmetics procedures in the future

Vicky is the best therapist. I went for microdermabrasion and chemical peels. She really knew her stuff. Very friendly and happy person. Definitely recommend!!

I discovered Aurora on a groupon when i was looking to get some microdermabrasion done. My first visit i met Vicki who is great - friendly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and lovely to chat to. I have finished my course now but seriously thinking about having another course with Vicki.
