We absolutely love ours
We absolutely love ours! We purchased 2 over the winter and they’ve really helped with the dark evenings. So relaxing! It’s great to have on while getting lost in my own world with the piano.

Bought this projector just after new…
Bought this projector just after new years as a kind of resolution to start doing better for myself as sleep is one thing I struggle with sometimes. I’ve been using it quite regularly for the past 2 months and I can confidently say it helps me wind down a lot just before bed, the product has done everything it said it would in my opinion, I recommend Aurora highly.
I loved it
I loved it. The projector itself is so good it actually helped me with anxiety and sleep issues, I also got the red light therapy panel which I can’t recommend enough! The price is so good for its quality- one of the strongest and best red light therapy I have tried!
Really nice lighting for relaxing
I've been using it every night before I sleep for the last week, the coverage is great! It really makes huge difference to my nights.
Never received projector company is a scam
I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered early December 2025 and I have been fighting with them ever since. They claim to have sent it however, when I track it, it was delivered not only to the wrong address to the wrong state. I have the tracking information to prove it. This happened twice the third time they claimed to have shipped it. I never got shipping confirmation or tracking. For two months I've been trying to either get my projector or refund. Their response is the same form letter each time I email this has been going on for two months.
Terrible customer service
Once I received the projector, I did not like it. The coverage and the images were not what I had expected.I sent an email as is their policy requesting a return. It took four emails before I got a response. They want me to return it to England, even though it was shipped from New Jersey. this would cost double the cost of the projector.
You may not get these unless you threaten to cancel
This company gives scammy vibes, and at the bare minimum, it is very poorly and unprofessionally run.
I ordered three projectors from this company on 12/11/2025. On 1/2/2026--after hearing nothing from this company for nearly a month, when I expected to receive these for extra holiday gifts--I contacted them to cancel the order. According to their online information, it had not yet been shipped.
On 1/4/26, they wrote back *from a Gmail address* and told me that it had been shipped: "We will provide you with the updated alternative second tracking number shortly."
On 1/6/26, I wrote them back, explaining that I had not received any "updated alternative second tracking number." Between the Gmail email address, the weirdness of needing an alternative tracking number, and the fact that I didn't receive one, I started to worry that I'd officially been scammed.
On 1/8/26, I heard back from "Will" at the same Gmail address, and he said "we are still waiting for confirmation from the US warehouse regarding your order. As soon as they confirm whether the item was missing or lost, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately." So, it went from how they were going to send me an updated tracking number, to waiting for confirmation from a warehouse, to maybe the items were missing or lost... all from a Gmail account. Scammers say stuff like this. I didn't believe any of it, and I had already asked to cancel my order nearly a week before at this point.
For obvious reasons, I no longer trusted this company. So, I initiated a charge back with my credit card company. A couple of days later--with no new tracking information, no communication at all--these projectors show up in a beat up box. I was happy to learn that they weren't a *total* scam, but I also learned that these are totally cheaply made and wildly overpriced. I felt bad about the charge back, but felt like it served them well enough given their absolutely horrific customer service.
Somehow, these people who couldn't pull it together to deliver what I ordered and couldn't give me any documentation that it was coming--and refused to honor my cancellation request--gathered documentation to show that the items had been delivered. I suspect that if I hadn't gone back and forth with them, I might have never received these products because it seems to me they only sent them after my cancellation request.
TLDR: disorganized, shady company that only pulls together documentation to get money--not to actually serve their customers well.
Do not buy, It sucks and so does the customer service.
I was excited to receive the projectors. When I tested it out, it did not project over a large surface the way I wanted. I also did not like the look of the green laser dots on the wall. I contacted customer service, and they did not provide me with a return label. It would also take them days to reply to me. They expected me to pay the cost of shipping the projectors to the UK (not to their US warehouses in New Jersey and LA), which was more than what I paid for the projectors. I have no clue what to do with these projectors now.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and it took over two weeks to arrive. While waiting, I had to buy a replacement gift, so I planned to return this item. Unfortunately, it ships from the UK, and the return shipping cost is more than the price of the projector itself. Had I known the shipping time would be this long, I never would have ordered it for Christmas. Given the delay, I also expected Aurora to provide a return shipping label, which they did not.
Beware
I ordered this projector as a gift. When I received confirmation of my purchase, I specifically asked if it would arrive on time. As the days passed, I checked the tracking information, which showed the label was created but not shipped. I immediately cancelled as I needed a gift pronto. They said it would be there in time. I checked the following day, and it was still sitting there, so I cancelled again. The package eventually arrived. I contacted them again and canceled for a third time. Now, they are trying to shake me down for return shipping fees, saying the tracking information was incorrect and not updated. Well, that would be their problem, not mine. The package is not opened, sitting here waiting for a return label. My credit card company has instructions to refuse any charges.
