Very good experience shopping for an engagement ring. My fiance loved it. Very wide selection of rings and stone so there will be plenty of options. Customer service was great very fast and informative. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelery online.

The ring we picked out turned out fantastic and we were extremely happy with the quality. Funny enough the stone turned out slightly larger than what she would've preferred, but she's in love with it. The item shipped from Europe so we understand the time it took to receive, including the import duties. The ring took slightly longer to ship out than what the estimated time was, but DHL provided tracking so I knew what day I should expect to pick up the package before she knew it arrived. She's been taking good care of the ring and trying to minimize any abuse and it's held up extremely well; the stones have stayed sturdy within the ring.

Everything from start to finish was phenomenal with Aurelius Jewelry! I had ordered what I thought was the ring of my dream from another online store and when it arrived my heart was crushed! It looked NOTHING like the picture. When I got my refund I was hesitant to start looking again but my husband encouraged me so the rehunt began. I came across their website looking for a unique Moss Agate wedding set and they had a different ring that was a salt and pepper ring I was curious if they could create with the stone I was looking at. She got back with me in minutes! Not only with a yes but with a computerized image of what it would look like stone size options AND prices! I loved and appreciated it but it still was not the ONE. I kept looking all over the internet and found several that I really liked but didn’t love so I reached back out to Nadya with Aurelius Jewlery and asked about a custom ring. I sent her several images. Told her my likes and dislikes and she gave me some suggestions on prongs and band width I hadn’t even considered. Once she had a general idea of my vision she took a few days and sent me several pictures of what I was saying I wanted. I tweeted ideas several times and she fixed them in the computer and sent me re edited images. After that she sent me pictures of my diamond options and I wanted something a little different so she literally went and hand picked salt and pepper diamonds for me that weren’t yet listed and sent me the images! They are based out of Europe and I definitely thought shipping time would be hard but it arrived after shipped within 6 days (that’s faster than USPS has been lately) I am so happy I came across them and could not be happier.

Nadya was amazing and helped me create the perfect custom wedding ring. She helped and kept me informed throughout the entire process, gem selection and options, as well as making my vision for the perfect ring come to life. I was beyond impressed with the ring when I first saw it and so was my partner/fiancé.

The website is so easy to navigate. The ordering process is straightforward. FAQ page helps a lot. The quality of the ring set we ordered is top notch. It's so beautiful. Well made jewelry. I am VERY happy with my purchase. I was nervous to make an overseas purchase but after finalizing the order, they reached out via email within a few days to verify everything. Also following up with stone selection and mail out updates. All in all a pleasant experience and a pleased customer.
