Such an easy system to use! I threw out all my plug ins because I was worried about them starting fires so this is great!!!

Literally the worst customer service in the history of customer service- they charge your card without authorization and you cannot speak to anyone. Just an AI robot that says your issue will be escalated. This is a joke of a company and I would stay far away. Your issue will not get resolved and will lead to you having to take matters up with your bank. Trust me- find another company- stay away from Aura

I purchased a diffuser and oil subscription. Because I’m impatient, I don’t always thoroughly read the instructions. I contacted customer service when I thought my diffuser had stopped working. Turns out it was “stupid human” error. Me being the stupid human. Emma walked me through some troubleshooting and, VOILA. Diffuser is working perfectly. I don’t know if everyone at Aura is as responsive and patient as Emma - she was outstanding. She deserves an orchid award or raise or, at the very least, an “atta girl”. She made my day!

I absolutely love my Aura House diffuser! It makes my entire home smell incredible and gives it that elevated, luxury hotel scent without being overpowering. I constantly have people walk into my house and ask what smells so good. The scents are beautiful, the diffuser is easy to use, and the fragrance lasts forever—I run mine twice a day and barely go through any oil. I’ve tried other home fragrance products, but nothing has compared. It’s easily become one of my favorite things in our home and something I recommend all the time. 10/10!

Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful when my order was delayed due to a back-ordered scent. I was able to switch scents and have it shipped easily and quickly!

I received the wrong refill fragrance, so I emailed support. They responded within two minutes (really!) and shipped the correct refill at no charge. Truly amazing customer service!

Super slow delivery. Almost a month since ordering and still no delivery.

This is a great product. Mine is set on s timer that works perfectly and my home smells wonderful. More importantly, the customer service/response is stellar! So easy to communicate with and eager
to help. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option.

I am OBSESSED with Aura House. I love that it makes my home and office smell like a boutique hotel AND that it's safe for my dog. It's also been fun to sample a different fragrance each month for the last three months.

Aura House has been a game changer! The fact that this is a cold air diffuser that is safe for my family and my pets is exactly what I have been wanting. The bonus is it is aesthetically pretty, the scents are amazing and remind me of my vacations at some of my favorite resorts. Coast is by far my favorite. Yellowstone comes in a close second! I can not wait to try more. Everyone that comes to our house has been commenting how great it smells and you will experience the same for your space!

I love my diffuser!!!! All the scents I’ve tried are amazing! It’s definitely noticeable but not overpowering which is perfect! They also look nice :)

Aura House has fantastic customer service and sent me exactly what I was looking for, plus more. I love that I can set this diffuser on a timer and it makes my house smell amazing.

The Aura House diffuser has completely changed the ambiance of our home! The fact that I can control it from my phone and have it set on a timer is such a game changer and unlike any other diffuser I’ve owned. So far I’ve only tried the Dubai scent, but it has lasted forever and smells SO expensive. Our entire home smells amazing. Could not love this product more! 🤎

Love the diffuser. Subtle fragrance. They sent a large sample collection of the scents & I wanted to change my subscription but had some tech issues signing in to my account. I emailed them & received an instant reply. Shout out to Emma!

I am very disappointed in the new diffuser. I preferred the old model where the scent would be diffused consistently during the day. This one has a mind of its own.
Not a fan

The company never sent some items that were included in the promotion I paid for, their online customer service is AI and doesn't even know what it is promising to customers so there is almost never any follow through, and the oils themselves smell like the cheapest perfume you can imagine; strong, chemically, and harsh.

For two months and 28 emails back and forth, I've been trying to rectify this issue and have been told blatant lies about what they could do for me to make it right. The promotion I purchased was false advertising as the products promised were never in stock. Most recently, I was told I could return the diffuser and they would send me a return label, but the link would not open. Then I was charged again for a subscription they told me they had canceled. They have now stopped responding to me altogether.

If the product was even worthwhile, I wouldn't even bring this up. But their fragrances are putrid.

I use to think I could not afford this. But I was wrong. I have so thoroughly enjoyed stepping into my home every single day and it smells heavenly. In fact, everyone that enters my home immediately makes a comment on how wonderful it smells. I would buy over and over again. I have had my account with AURA for a while now and get to enjoy ever singe second. Not many items one purchases that give back so well. The customer service is off the chart. Could not ask for more. Don't like a particular sent. No problem they take care of it for you until you find the sent you love. I have found the Lavender is one of my favorites. Debbie Y

Terrible product! I have 3 diffusers, and none of them work! I got a replacement and it also doesn't work! I spent a lot of money on fragrances that I have nothing to use them for because the diffusers do not work! Had many discussions with the company, sent videos and lots of emails. They have no solution. They just don't work after a short while. I even bought 3 of the cleaning fragrances. Did nothing.

AuraHouse has been a game changer for me! My house smells so fresh & clean whenever I choose (set the times easily on the app).
While I do think it is pricey, it seems to be safer than some of the other air-freshening options.
