At my first experience with Aura…
At my first experience with Aura propfirm I think they are different from all the props in the industry so I invest with them 2 accounts of 500k each which is a big expense , thinking that it deserves for future payouts...
but Unfortunately i realise the opposite...
they rejected my first 10k hall payout profits instead of deducting just the profits that is made by breaking the lot size rule with 1 trade(as written on their FAQ rules):Trades outside this consistency range are subject to review or deductions from the total profit split.
I will give them and my self another opportunity with the new cycle by following the rule as they are pretending to see if realy they are trustable or not...
Will update the results soon..
hoping they will be honest and steady...

Payout still pending from Feb 7th.
Requested a payout on Feb 7th, and have not received any updates regarding the payout processing. Support team keeps mentioning to be patient and says that the risk management team will update soonest.
Website mentions that payout will be processed in 1-3 business days but already been a week.
(I will update here if any progress on payouts happen after this date.)

13 days without my payout and no news .
This is the 13th day that i have requested a payout from Aurafunded , It's said 1-3 business day on their website. And yet there's no news about my request. At least they should reply my complaints or the mails . Anyway I will be documenting my payout journey here on trustpilot so everyone can see how long and how that finally end. Each day i'm gonna make an update here until i got the payout or until i got any news.

This is what you wrote to us : I agree to work with you if you return my withdrawn 605 dollars, if you do not return it then I will tell you on social media that you have come to scam, you are fake, you will steal people's money, I will tell you on all social media, please solve the problem with me and everything will be fine.
We will not allow people threatening us with 1 star reviews just because they breached their account and were rejected a payout . This is not how prop industry works !
Respect the rules and you will get a payout next time .

I'd really like to work with Aura but I've been reading through the reviews and I'm doubtful. I wish they could respond to the negative reviews that way I can make my own judgement. The truth is there will always be negative reviews no matter how good you are but the most important thing is how you respond to them. If you don't respond then people will assume that they are truth.

Thank you but we have to realize that if we pay 1000 people and breach another 100 people , most of them will not accept the fact that they breached the rules and just leave negative reviews. The power that trustpilot gives to people made them think they can threaten us even if they breached the account just to get a payout .

Recent reviews making me scared
Recent reviews making me scared. I bought a challenge. Have made a decent profit. After seeing so many payout rejections i am not sure whether i will get my payout easily or they will create any kind of problems. This is my 1st time with this firm. Finger crossed. Let's see they will give my payout or not.
* Dont worry Aura funded about this 1 star. It's temporary. Once i will get my payout. My confidence will be on you guys. And it will change to 5 stars. And even i will promote you guys. Right now Its just because it's my 1st time experience with you guys, so i am still in doubts. Hopefully payout will be done smoothly with you guys. Looking forward.

You really got us confused why we got this 1 start review form a costumer that is not having a bad experience with us and going for it just based on 2 opinions from 100+ positive ones !
wrong payout deduction
Payout rejected for 35% rule but amount deducted twice. Result: my account went into dd and cannot trade.

48h after nothing problem still not solved.
Before accusing me, reach your risk team.
Problem was solved yesterday and they even sent me free a 5 k instant funding account.
I did not complain about the payout since rules are rules.
3 starts is enough and will update.

Worst experience with a Prop Firm
I've been through many Prop Firms, but this is by far the worst collaboration. I got a funded account but I broke some rules. I contacted the support and asked them to tell me what I did wrong. They told me to wait for an email with the details. I still haven't received that email (the discussion with them was at the beginning of February).

It was not bad
It was a good experience, I made some money but the commission was very high, every tarde the commission was almost the same as the profit!

Sir that's not the truth and you know that very well ! We understand you went and risked all your account on the first day and got taken out by the market but that should not mean to come here and leave a bad review only because your gambling behavior wasn't worth it in the end !
Big scam
Big scam , they not give exact amount I request in payout and so bad customer service they acting like a baby’s, and put new rules after I complaining, I made 687dollar payout from 50% 1367dollar but only have 120 and certificate also I have in there show 687 and even withdraw request section in website but they tell bullshits not answer the question I asked , I have all the evidence with all the chats screenshots, if anyone want contact me I will send about scam they doing so feel bad about this prop firm and I’m also reporting this to the cftc and finra ,

Hello, regarding your review and concern we paid you the correct amount with the profit split. The reason is that we have a 5% profit cap PER Payout CYCLE. Meaning if you make over 5% the profit will not be counted anymore. This rule is in place because we offer instant funding accounts which does not give us the time to evaluate each trader. We see your Payout has been Approved with the correct amount.
