After a long wait for the equipment (not your fault), Max took the trouble to deliver it personally to speed things up. The delivery was not as straightforward as it might have been because of my holiday, but it worked very well.

Expertise combined with patience and courtesy
Recently, I purchased a set of leads from the store in Brighton. I returned later in the day having experienced considerable difficulty in assembling my system. The manager and his assistant were unhesitating in providing advice and in demonstrating how to connect the system
I was most impressed both with their courtesy and patience

I was going to spend a fair amount of money on a new pair of speakers for my Hi-Fi.
The beauty of Audio T is that Wayne and Tiago at Chandler's Ford branch understand their products and that a demo of the equipment in your home is VITAL to ensure you get what YOU need for your system. Three home demo's of three sets of speakers ensured I got what I NEEDED. It's an expensive mistake to just buy expensive equipment and think the componemns will "get on" with each other.
It's the service that you receive to ensure your happiness rather than just selling reduced price equipment in a box that seperates a HI-FI shop from an electronics retailer.

Visited Audio T Swansea during the past…
Visited Audio T Swansea during the past weekend to attend one of their summer Hifi sessions.
The session was conducted by Nic & was one of the best Hifi demonstrations I’ve ever had & I’ve been attending Hifi shows and demos to help me build my system for over 40 years.
On this occasion I was talked through the various stylus profiles.
A demonstration was done on the same turntable using my records to demonstrate the different sonic characteristics of elliptical, Shibata & Microline styli. It was very enjoyable and well organised too.
To my ears, the Microline won the day.
Nic has a huge amount of knowledge & experience in the industry. I really appreciate the opportunity he’s given me to try different products and Nic & the staff really take an interest to get to understand my system and set up at home so that they can advise on the most effective upgrade path.
Demonstrations at Audio T Swansea are always well structured which makes things easy to follow and understand, this has helped me get the most benefit from my visits.
I’m a frequent visitor and have bought about 90% of my Hifi from the shop since I purchased my LP12 back in the late 1980’s
As a result of the support & advice from the staff, I’ve been able to build a Hifi system at home that I am really happy with and I can get on with what I enjoy most, listening to music.
The high level of customer service from Nic, Andrew and Adrian is much appreciated, always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Home trial of new cables
Audio-T allowing home trial of new cables is an essential part of upgrading individual systems in their home environment. Delivering the cables to my home, as it was on their commute, is an added and welcome bonus plus there was no pressure to return them within a certain timescale.

Turntable sessions
Attended one of the turntable sessions, which was excellent in every aspect, informative, relaxed and sharing the love of listen to music through equipment of excellent quality with like minded people Matt did a great job.
I've been using the Cardiff branch since i started my HiFI journey and the no pressure friendly advice always helped me achieve the sound i was looking for. if your looking to upgrade or just starting out this is the place to GO!

Cheltenham Audio -T first class service…
Cheltenham Audio -T first class service again as always.Jon and his Boss Kevin arrived at our home dead on pre arranged time,to deliver, assemble and setup our new speakers.Time was taken to assemble and for placement to suit our requirements.The boys had time for tea & coffee and a chat.Finally fire up system and make sure all was correct before leaving .

Turntable ‘seminar’
Attended the recent turntable session/seminar at Audio T Cardiff hosted by Matt.
Had a great time, listened to different genres of music that I wouldn’t normally listen to and picked up a lot of tips about turntable care and setup.

Extremely helpful
The help I received from Thomas in Manchester and Paul and Adrian in Brighton with my Online purchase was exceptional. They kept me up to date throughout, going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn't recommend Audio T and their staff more highly.

Brilliant Shop
Excellent customer service, super friendly, great selection of products at different price ranges. Very happy! Will definitely be back when I want to upgrade or add to my setup and will recommend to any friends/family. Listening rooms are comfortable and you're not rushed in there, given time to properly test anything you're thinking of buying. Adrian was very knowledgeable and friendly, the whole vibe in the shop is friendly and relaxed. Anyone thinking of buying HiFi gear I would recommend visiting Audio T
