Over and beyond
Original speakers were faulty. Wayne did a 60 mile round trip to collect the faulty speakers and then another 60 miles to deliver the replacement speakers. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent, polite & efficient service from the Hi-Fi experts, as always! I had to order a product by phone via Souhampton branch as there are no Audio T branches close to me. Southampton branch were out of stock of this item but they contacted Cardiff who phoned me immediately and sent the item to me quickly. Many thanks!

Expert service for a non-techie customer
I really love good sounds but I have no idea how it all works - and I don't want to know. Sometimes, you need an expert to help and guide you but, hopefully, an expert who can talk in words that make sense to me. And that is exactly what I got during a recent purchase decision for a new amplifier. Everyone at Audio T knows what they are talking about and after lots of chats to understand what I was looking for, plus a great demo session, I got an upgrade to my system that has delighted me. Selecting a new cartridge with AudioT
Thiago and his colleagues were extremely helpful as we compared a couple of cartridges. They rigged up an identical rega system to my own to select the most favourable cartridge and then let me borrow the cartridge in my system at home. We were made very comfortable in their listening room.

Great service as always
Great service as always. I have purchased pretty much all my hifi equipment from AudioT in chandlers ford (Southampton) over the last 10-15 years. Always a great service and very helpful team.
On this occasion, I was getting a new cartridge for my record player, and Tiago was super helpful from first enquiry to actually fitting the cartridge for me on purchase.
Overall the customer service is exceptional at this store and they always go above and beyond to help.

Amplifier, CD and speakers.
Purchased a demo Arcam A15 - great
Purchased Arcam CD5 in sale - great
Purchased Prodigy 1 speakers in sale - took over a month to arrive due to supply issues. Maybe a PMC issue.
The latter is the only reason I deducted a star.
The staff at Southampton, Tiago and Wayne, did everything they could to resolve the issue.

Restoring an inherited record player
Audio T did a wonderful job of repairing a record player I had inherited from my grandparents. They were able to find parts within our budget whilst maintaining the record player's sound at it's best. The team are clearly very passionate about quality sound systems and restoration without making customers spend a fortune. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting an expert opinion.
