They are very knowledgeable & show a willingness to go above and beyond to help.
I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to demo products before deciding on purchase, which is always the best way.
I’m so glad that Audio T Swansea are within travelling distance as it’s important to hear the products myself before making a purchase.

Great staff service but out of their own pockets
It was a Click and Collect of a Zazen Isolation Platform from the Brighton Store. It al went smoothly and the staff were very helpful, even taking my purchase to my car for me. The website says that Audio-T will pay the parking of customers to the Brighton Store. When I asked, the staff gave me the cost of the parking from their jar of coins for their coffee. I felt embarrassed about this. Audio-T should have a method of deducting the cost of parking from the customer bill, not out of the staffs' pockets! This why I dropped a start from this review.

You’re absolutely right about the parking, though. We do have a proper system in place whereby the cost should be deducted from the total of the sale. We’ve had some staff changes in Brighton recently and, unfortunately, it appears that this information hadn’t been passed on to everyone.
I completely understand why being given the money from the team’s coffee jar made you feel uncomfortable, and I’m very sorry. That certainly shouldn’t have happened. We’ve now spoken to the team in Brighton and reminded staff across all our stores of the correct procedure, so this doesn’t happen again. And, just to reassure you, we have reimbursed the coffee jar, so the tea and coffee are still flowing in Brighton!

Panasonic OLED Television - Clearance Item
The product, a Panasonic television, was a clearance item at a very good price.
I live in Basingstoke, so phoned the Portsmouth branch to check on availablility, and to ask a few questions. Stephen, who answered, was very polite and helpful.
Much to my surprise, he offered to deliver the tv to my home address the next day.
To add to my delight, he took my much loved 20 year plasma tv away for recycling.
All this free of charge.
I had reason to phone post-delivery to ask a few questions, and shop manager Adam was equally as helpful.
An excellent product at an excellent price, and top-notch customer service from start to finish.
Highly recommended.

Great Service!
Great service from Dan and the team at Reading branch. I really appreciated the on line price check at transaction time to ensure they had the best price for me.
Dan helped immensely with initial installation and left me to simply run in over the coming weeks. He then reached out to make sure enough burn in time had elapsed and to arrange a follow up tune in session. This was done at a time that worked for us both and now I am left to enjoy my new subwoofers!

Very constructive and knowledgeble advice given throughout the process. No hard sell but given plenty of time to audition the products before purchasing. Very professional approach all round including the installation.

Close and friendly location
Found my closest Rega dealer on Google, which was you. Visited the shop and had a friendly and very useful discussion with Rishi. Order was quickly obtained, Rishi called me, and I visited again to collect. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.
