Ade gave us time to sit down and listen to various combinations of equipment without any pressure of preference or to purchase. Whists subtleties in sound were pointed out, we were never told what was best.
We were there several times, took our own vinyl and made to feel welcome every time.

Excellent service from the Brighton Team
Very happy with the service I received from the team at Audio-T. Adrian was especially helpful and arranged for my Rega arm to be returned to factory for a rewire. This was done promptly and my 10 year-old Planar 3 is now performing like new again. Many thanks for the excellent support.

Highly recommend!
We needed our Naim system to be moved and some of it serviced. We received excellent advice and service. Paul packed up and after service returned the system placing it back where it should be. His attention to detail was second to none! We would 100% recommend this business and Paul in particular.

Rega ND7 & Styrene
I'd purchased the latest Rega ND7 cartridge at the tale end of last year assuming it would be a definite upgrade to my Rega Exact - except it wasn't for some of my collection - styrene! A phone call followed by a visit mid January with the the Planar 6 turntable/cartridge combo to Brighton both Adrian & Jake came to the same conclusion with the ND7 & styrene! We tried other combos with varying results & the conclusion was Audio-T were going to contact Rega. A phone call a few days later & Rega confirmed that the fine nude diamond stylus is not compatible with styrene records - apparently others had had the same experience! So back to Brighton with the Planar 6 turntable + Exact cartridge & a handful of styrene records to test initially my original setup followed by both the Rega ND3 & ND5 (elliptical diamond stylus) We'd tried the ND3 with a planar 3 on my previous visit & again on this visit & it was an improvement. But the ultimate test was fitting ND5 onto my Planar 6. A marked improvement on the ND7 with styrene (& vinyl records imho) so that's what I ended up with - very happy! Thankfully I was refunded the difference between the ND5 & ND7 - many thanks to Adrian & Jake for their patience & help. We all learnt something but I imagine they both don't want hear the word styrene ever again!

Rega planar 2 upgrade
Adrian was really helpful and explained the options. My Rega deck has been transformed with the addition of the ND 3 cartridge he recommended. Servicing was done super quick
