Hi there, this was a very temporary issue that was quickly resolved. Could you please recheck now to confirm?
Good service, great deals.. but that website my guy...
I bought there once for a sample pack. Great deals, great stuff, would buy again! BUT! I will not be able to give it more than 3 stars as it is right now. The website my guy.. It's slow.. WAY TO SLOW! The servers were definetly cheaped on. You try to navigate the deals and suddenly BOOM! No more website and nothing loads. This is absolutely infuriating. I cannot shop.
I swear, they probably lost a bunch of orders and customers due to that, people must've went to another website cause of how nothing loads!! Also, I've noticed a lot of times where the website gives up and show me an error so that I have to close tab and lose the stuff I was looking after.
And no, it's not my internet or my computer. Everything is fast. I have high speed internet and a powerful computer.

Farewell to your money
Something goes wrong for the second time.
First time got credit on the store, but credit means CREDIT...not pay the lowest price.
This time i want a refund but of course no way getting it.
If something goes wrong on this website, forget about your money!
These are extracted from their terms and conditions "All sales are final and all products are non-returnable and non-refundable" and "APD does not guarantee or warrant the quality of any of the products or services offered on our site"
...they dont warranty the quality...wow!!

We understand that sometimes things go wrong and you may not be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer store credit as a way to compensate you for any inconvenience or disappointment. Store credit can be used to buy any product on our website at any time, and it does not expire.
However, we also respect your decision to request a refund. We have a strict policy of no refunds and no returns, as stated in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you made your purchase. I don't really know
I don't really know. A massive disaster hit my computer and removed ALL of my data, including stripping emails with all of my info on music software - my stupidity in not having adequate backups.

Oxygen, Improving the high tenor of a male voice
I was pleased to be able to change my Credit Card info with no hassles. I have had bad experiences with other companies. I was an old Mastercard that was updated. All the info was the same except for the 3 digit code at the end.
I was looking for a tool to increase the high end of a gravelly male voice, 100 years old. I am hopeful this program will help.
