I purchased the wireless speaker as advertised on Audionex website. The sound quality was extremely poor compared to what the specification suggested. Advertised as 30W output but barely 5W at the most. Not worth £109, more like £9. The 30 day warranty advertised is a con as they are refusing me the full refund. They are scaremongering me by telling me that I am liable for international shipping fees, customs clearance fees, importing tax fees, etc. This company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AUDIONEX. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH SUBSTANDARD GOODS!

I bought a Bluetooth speaker after seeing a review. It said it was £99, a great speaker, great sound, long lasting battery...etc. Well, when I got it I opened the box, it was really, really cheaply built and a terrible sound. When I emailed the company to return it they first offered me 10% discount, when I refused they said I had to send it to China and pay all of the costs including customs and said if there was anything wrong with it that I would have that discounted from my refund. Don't go anywhere near this lot, they will absolutely stitch you up.

This is a scam website!!

If you complain and want to return you get a standard reply
"You need to return the goods and pay for the shipping, as well as the customs duties. It will cost a lot of money and time to return the goods from your place to China.
In this case, how about we refund you 10% of this order and you don't return the package? You can leave the items there as gifts for your friends or family."
they have no intention of replacing the goods
i belive these are a cheap bluetooth speakers available on chinese web sites at a fraction of the cost.
Avoid at all costs annoyed i didnt check with Trustpilot first :)

Reading a top review, ordered the Black/Blue (£99) direct from audionex.co.uk.
What I received was a cheap version. Not even duel coloured! SPEC should have been 5200mAh Battery · Power Input: Type C 5V/2.1A: Output 30w duel sound.
NOT a Black unit with a 2500mAh Battery, slow 5v-1A charging rate, only 5w power! Tinny sound.

After reading a review on Best we like the No speaker review was Audionex, This I then bought. Speaker arrived in a battered box with no internal packaging from a uk address. upon opening the speaker looked poor quality.
When music was played through the speaker the sound quality was terrible.
I contacted them for a refund and eventually they offered me 15%, however I had to return to China pay the return cost plus import taxes and did state the even if i did this there was no Guarantee I would have my money returned.
Do not purchase their products for £99 i wasn't but wasn't expecting the best, but what I received was no better that a speaker you would win at the fair!

Would give zero stars if I could 😡 this company is fraudulent a waste of time and money purchased a pair of noice cancelling ear pod that didn’t work took weeks to get a return address now these have been sat at customs for a month waiting for taxes to be paid by audionex which they have said they will pay but haven’t done I have given up hope on getting my refund if you are ever looking for some noise cancellation ear pods DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE

ITS A SCAM FROM EVERY ANGLE YOU THINK, STARTING FROM THEIR WEBSITE, I bought direct from their site an bluethooth speaker costing £99 without checking elsewhere, when I got the speaker and saw the ( worst ive ever seen) quality, I did a little research and found out that the speaker is about £17 which makes sense.
Its more of a £10 range speaker but they wont tell you that.

Absolute scam, I bought direct from the website, should have bought £20 one from amazon, would have been better.

Complete scam, do not use. The speaker I received was poorly package, and flimsy / poor quality. I have now contacted them to arrange a return, but i have not heard from them. I would absolutely avoid.

WORST headphones I have ever purchased , poor quality ,very cheaply made, the connection cuts out regularly especially the right hear bud but when it connects again its slightly out of time with the other side ? and then both go off completely!! not ideal whilst running , they do not cancel out any outside noise I've had hear buds at less than half the "special offer" price that are far better. In with dealing with the company they at least did reply within 24hrs due to time difference as they are based in China however content of reply was unprofessional, basically said I was wrong and no reply when asked about how to solve the connection issue ( no support given) .Returns policy , they was very obstructive in giving the information required and what felt like they tried a number of times to put me off doing this due to additional costs , shipping cost customs clearance fee + importing country + fees ??? These costs are deducted from the refund or partial refund. This is despite on delivery of the product there is a UK returns if undelivered but cannot return product ??

Awful company. Ordered a speaker for my son’s birthday 3 weeks ago. No tracking update sent, and no sign of speaker. I contacted customer services on 28 Feb and was told “be patient”. Fraudulent company based in Hong Kong. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Worse company ever
I bought a set of ear phones which I paid £100 took 2 months to get here and was lost in the post once (apparently)
Wouldn’t give me shipping details or a refund just told me it was against there policy and a new set was on the way
Now have them and they are plasticky and cheap
They don’t last long so have to keep charging them
Don’t waste your time or money

I placed an order & they took £98.00 for a pair of blue earbuds. First they confirmed the order by email, then they emailed, "Please complete your order"! I checked my MC account & indeed, Audionex took the £98. Now after ONE WEEK they tell me, "We will see about arranging despatch in one or two days"! AVOID THIS SELLER THEY ARE IN HONG KONG AND UNDERSTAND LITTLE ENGL7SH!
