Hassan has done another wonderful job today, he is very professional in what he does, everytime I've seen him he is very thorough and gives expert advice, whenever I have an issue he is happy to see me promptly.

I booked a wax removal appointment with Emma at Hidden Hearing in Rugby. I did not know what to expect but Emma put me at ease immediately with a clear explanation of what was going to happen. The procedure was not only painless but enjoyable. It is such a relief to hear again.

My Hidden Hearing experience at the Rugby branch has been excellent. From the hearing test to the fitting and the individualisation of the aids for my needs, I have been kept informed of the physics of what’s being done. Finally, the aids themselves are very effective and I almost forget that I’m wearing them - until I remember how much better my hearing now is.

Pram and Kerry are fantastic from the rugby branch nothing is too much they both are very welcoming and knowledgeable. It also helps that Pram looks like a super model.

Hassan has been looking after me for a coupe years now, he gives a very good service and is always very pleasant seeing him. I had an issue with my hearing aid today and Hassan was able to see me on the same day, very prompt. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent service from Pram and Kerry. Pram really listened and made some great adjustments to my devices. Feel like I have a new lease on life again. Can’t thank you enough.
