Very happy about the visit and the hearing aids, feryale is exceptionlly qualified and extra helpful. I would recommend her strongly.

The hearing test was a different experience to the test I have had before, which I found was very good. I would definitely advise anyone to go here for their hearing assessment.

Thank god we found hidden hearing. I tried various other aids but had lots of problems. I have now been using my hearing for approx eighteen months and apart from a couple of little problems, that were speedily put right by our consultant Mike, I am so pleased I decided to go with Hidden Hearing.

Incredibly friendly and professional people in this establishment. The lady who consulted me gave me clear and helpful advice and information. Definitely worth a visit, especially as a young person to learn about how damaging headphones are to your hearing. To learn that hearing doesn’t improve, it only gets worse through loud music this early on is helpful, especially when shown on a graph what this loud noise is doing to your ears. Don’t listen to music too loud in your headphones!!

Feyale has been treating my ears for some years now. She is utterly dedicated to her clients, always giving the advice that is right for them rather than seeking to enrich her company. In addition, she is great fun and has a wonderful sense of humour. I can’t recommend her enough

Had an appointment with a women on Tuesday, she was trying to force me buy an hearing aid when I explained I couldn’t afford one she went on to explain about the finance opinions in which again was too expensive for me, she was acting like she wasn’t going to report her findings to my GP and Doctors surgery.. this is disgusting and is basically blackmail! She made me very uncomfortable and she needs reporting! It says FREE HEARING TEST with no obligations. Yet she was very bossy and rude, insistent for me to buy an hearing aid and saying the nhs ones aren’t very good, I rang my doctors and she hasn’t sent any report over.. so if you don’t buy an hearing aid she won’t send the report to the doctors. So now I’ve got to wait for a referral from my doctors for another hearing test! Disgusting!
