My hearing aid cable had become detached from the unit. I went into the shop in Northampton thinking that the hearing aid would need to be sent away. The young lady in reception sorted out my aid very efficiently while I looked on. She was most pleasant and smiled nicely throughout the visit.

Amazing from start to finish customer service is the best I have ever come across. James made the home visits for disabled parent totally amazing and his patience 100% perfect. it’s great having my mum back to talk too I would recommend this company to anyone although we expected miracles the first hearing aid did not work for her just a bit difficult to put in really hard. still not giving up she had moulds made and they worked out perfect few home visits to adjust and her hearing is amazing

Roopa Samani was my audiologist. She was brilliant. My first time getting my ears cleaned by micro suction and couldn’t recommend it enough! It was very professional. Photos of the ear to show the blocked area, then a photo to show the cleared area. Hearing check after was very helpful and I felt very assured. 10/10 would recommend. Best service I’ve used for my ears!
