Needed help with stuck ear bud. Phoned and got seen the same day in Newcastle while there on holiday . Excellent service from Micheal and Jo in Newcastle who removed it within a few minutes. First class service thank you for saving me having a disaster on holiday.

Don’t delay get your ears ‘waxed’ today! Jo was great, very friendly and professional, explained everything really well. I waited until the day before my sister’s wedding to get the microsuction treatment but then the wax was so solid and could not be all be removed in one session! My mistake! Jo gave me a bottle of spray to use for another week then repeated the treatment. Both ears cost £50 all in for 2 sessions with a hearing test afterwards. Excellent service- very much recommend going here.

Informal, pleasant staff, very efficient.

Michael was very thorough and knowledgeable in providing my hearing check up and review/appraisal. He reassessed the current "set up' of the dynamics of the hearing aids . Then listened to my opinion on some of the problems. He adjusted some of the settings and has said to get on touch if further adjustments are needed. His friendly personality is also important.

Michael made me feel relaxed because when i go into things like this i can get a bit tense and he kept it light hearted and made me feel really comfortable during my test. Adam on the front desk was lovely offering a warm drink on a cold windy day

We arranged a visit for my sister at her care home as she was unable to travel into Newcastle.
The whole experience was brilliant, Niamh Lendrum treated Kathleen with respect and understanding making the whole experience enjoyable.

Niamh did a home visit. She was extremely personable and very professional. She resolved the problems that had been identified swiftly and sensitively. My mam was delighted with the service she received and feels like a new woman again which is exactly how she felt when she first received her hearing aids.

When I approach a new firm, I look for professional expertise, flexibility and empathy. In each of their roles, Adam and Michael are first-class, going above and beyond what is expected. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to be treated by Hidden Hearing secure in the knowledge that life- time aftercare is part of the process. My case is an unusual one, but nothing has been to much trouble. I look forward to continuing to be one of their clients; I thank them warmly.

You could have posted the tubes out. Man had to visit and he said he was not supposed to sell tubes. How am I supposed to renew? He tweaked it which made it worse and necessitated a further visit.

I went to Hidden Hearing today for an up to date hearing test. It was a really thorough examination, so I got a professional and accurate report showing my current hearing loss.
It was a really welcoming practice, and the staff are so friendly and caring. I would highly recommend

My husband and both went for hearing tests and hearing aids at the Tynemouth branch of Hidden Hearing. Tojinn was an absolute star, patient, understanding, explained everything really clearly and nothing was too much trouble. He's brilliant!
I also had ear wax removal at the Newcastle branch and Jo was fantastic and spent time giving me tips on wearing my hearing aids.
I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

Co-operative and informative

I bought my latest hearing aids from Hidden Hearing Newcastle. I got great care and attention before buying the devices, which is what I would expect as they cost a significant amount of money. But the after sales care has been superb. The staff at this branch seem to really care that their customers are comfortable and getting the best out of their limited hearing. The hearing aids themselves are great; much better than my previous NHS ones. Excellent products and great customer care is a winning combination in my opinion.

Really good experience from start to finish. When I booked my appointment for ear cleaning, the person was very friendly and helpful.

I was advised to use Earol for 5 days before my appointment, which I did.

On arrival, I was offered a seat and offered a hot drink.

Then Jo did my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful, and explained everything in good detail, so that I'd know what to expect. The experience was painless and yielded perfect results. Really grateful to have all my hearing back!
