Went to Hidden Hearing in Loughton. Wendy was excellent and highly professional.

The practitioner was friendly and very professional.
She explained about the procedure for removing ear wax and the method used before carrying out the action. She used great care during the process and showed me the photos taken before and after the procedure as testament to the result.

My follow up appointment was great. It’s so reassuring to know I’m getting regular check-ups. My hearing aids were adjusted after my hearing test showed how much change there had been and they are as good as new with speech and tv sounding really clear again.
