I have had my ear wax removed one time before at another clinic, this was far better in every respect. The equipment, staff friendliness and professionalism was excellent. There is nothing to worry about and Mandy who performed the procedure set me at ease, it was painless and very well done. Highly recommended. Ben

Adma the consultant was on time he was so polite and gentle talked me through the process every step and showed me the results at the end. He also gave me somebuseful tips on how to preserve my hearing.

The meeting was friendly yet very professional. I liked the sincere interest displayed and I was glad that they showed me what I was doing wrong when fitting the hearing aids in my ears. I could hear much better afterwards.

Excellent service today, full explanations, consent checks. The procedure itself faultless and advice on aftercare. Will return for future removals

Had an appt with Faraz in Leeds who was great. Explained everything in good detail and was really thorough.

I had a really great experience recently at Hidden Hearing with Ayisha and Faraz at the Leeds branch.

I had a couple of problems with my hearing aids, however they really looked after me and dealt with everything, keeping me in the loop, to a resolution.

Obviously you never want to have a problem or issue, but having great communication and advice, along with a caring manner really helps you as a customer and makes the whole situation less frustrating for everyone.

Thanks for looking after to me. Along with the lovely lady on reception, who despite a personal loss, went out of her way to be helpful.

As usual, I was well-reminded prior to my appointment by Email. Which took place on time and with with the same person I had had originally had my test, who was welcoming and answered my questions and made adjustments to my hearing aids, giving excellent advice and the encouragement to be in touch should any problems arise for me. Also making sure I knew to about supplies that could be posted to me, if required. Once again, a pleasant and reassuring experience.

Went for my first ever wax removal appointment in Leeds with the lovely Mandy. I was walked through the appointment proceedings, fully informed about everything and even got to see the inside of my ear which was interesting! Mandy was very considerate and I felt safe being guided through the process by her. I also had a hearing test at the end of the appointment and found that my hearing level was normal. Would definitely recommend this experience with hidden hearing and Mandy in particular! £50 is also very good value for the service I received!

Mandy at Leeds was very efficient and helpful and explained everything she was doing very well.

Paid a visit to Mandy in Leeds for ear wax removal - procedure was simple and straightforward using microsuction, to remove a small build up in one ear. Mandy was very friendly and knowledgeable and actually made the whole experience a pleasurable one

My 89yr old Mother was visited today by Faraz Aslam and I was with her for support. Quite frankly I was not needed as Aslam was very understanding caring and professional. He dealt with her queries and gave detailed explanations and advice on how to improve things, eg the positioning of the phone.
Aslam was particularly smart and Mum thought his highly polished shoes were very smart. This is important for her generation and gives them confidence that they will have pride in their work if they have pride in their appearance. The service we received today from Aslam was excellent and he is a credit to your company.
