Audika - Halifax Anmeldelser

Having just visited Hidden Hearing in Halifax I can only say what a joy it was. Friendly and welcoming from start. Me and my wife went for hearing test. And was given in-depth advice for free. No hard sell on buying hearing aids. We will definitely recommend.

The staff in the Halifax branch are amazing. They really make you feel special.

Friendly, helpful staff and and quick and easy appointment with everything explained throughout

They were very helpful and considerate

Had a hearing appointment this afternoon where we were made to feel very welcome by Tracy in reception who made us tea and supplied us with biscuits. I was then seen by Tayaz the Audiologist who was very thorough and Chloe who took videos and photos of both ear canals which will allow me to upload to my e. Mail fir further treatment. Very professional and friendly team at the Halifax branch

Excellent customer service
Very comfortable surroundings.
Made very welcome on arrival before a thorough 6 month check up and hearing test. All my queries answered.
Highly satisfied with my experience at the Halifax centre

I am a stranger to Halifax, but I visited Hidden Hearing for some help with my hearing aids when visiting family locally today.
The lady could not have been more helpful and even though they don’t sell Phonak, she still managed to solve my problem.
I will certainly use this company when I need new aids. Thank you so much.

Great experience! Struggled with the pain in both of my ears- to realise they were both full of wax. Chloe removed all the wax for me and made me feel so much better 😊 definitely recommend coming here! The lady who welcomed me was also so kind!

I received a nice warm welcome this morning. I was offered refreshments, and was dealt with in a nice friendly manner. My blocked ears were dealt with accordingly. It was a definite challenge for the clinician. My ears were very blocked. However, she persisted, and got there in the end. I was very grateful. It felt as though I had super hearing. I highly recommend Hidden Hearing. I received professional service throughout. Paul Mahoney.

Tabrez & Tracey at Hidden Hearing in Halifax have provided an excellent service and I’m delighted with my digital hearing aids. Tabrez explained everything fully during the testing & fitting stage and as a result I feel confident in using & getting the best from my new hearing aids. When visiting the shop, they make you feel so welcome & encourage return visits or a call in the event of any queries or concerns. I would highly recommend a visit if you have you are looking for a hearing test or hearing aids as they provide a professional & caring approach & make you feel very welcome.

The staff were superb,

I had an appointment with Hidden Hearing Halifax. I received a very warm welcome on entering reception.
I was seen by Lee Gascoyne. He was very professional, informative and very helpful, I also found it very relaxing, plus I got my hearing back after wax removal. I would highly recommend. 🙂 Cheryl.

Excellent service , couldn’t do enough, made to feel at ease. Would definitely recommend

Leaving a review on behalf of my elderly father.
After suffering for many years with ear wax and despite multiple treatments from his GP the issue has never been resolved. Until today. Despite the treatment taking longer than expect and a further visit later in the day to retrieve the persistent stubborn wax, dad is absolutely overjoyed with his treatment. He also would like to say the lady that did the treatment was so lovely.

Dad will be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone.

The staff at the Halifax store are second to none! Very professional, warm and accommodating! They deserve to succeed.

Both the receptionist and the audiologist were friendly and helpful. My hearing test was thorough and he went to a lot of trouble to explain how to use the hearing aids. Unfortunately I could not get used to them, and had to return them, and again the receptionist was friendly and helpful and there was no quibble. My wife and I are really impressed by the excellent service and I am very sorry I had to return them. I would like to thank them both.

I have never required ear wax removal before and I couldn’t hear very well at all when I went for my appointment, 20 minutes later and my hearing is back! Absolutely painless and such a relief, the team are very friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Hidden Hearing came to my rescue when Boots (Halifax) failed to fulfill my appointment. I was desperate to get my hearing problem sorted immediately- not in 2 weeks time as Boots offered!! - & visited Hidden Hearing to see what they could offer. To my absolute delight I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who said I was very lucky & they could fit me in immediately. I was introduced to the audiologist, Chloe, who explained thoroughly the process for wax removal &, after a few preliminary inspections of my ears, proceeded to use the micro-suction equipment to remove the wax blockages. The process was quick, painless &, I’m pleased to say, successful. Chloe was very friendly & informative throughout the entire procedure.
I can highly recommend Hidden Hearing & will not hesitate to use them in future should the need arise.
5 Star Service

Easy to make the appointment and a call on the day to confirm attendance. Tracy was very friendly, helpful and informative and kept my husband company whilst I had the treatment. The treatment was carried out professionally and I had no pain from the procedure. The end result meant the pain I was suffering was relieved instantly. Treatment was followed by a short hearing test and I made an appointment for the full, free hearing test at a later date.
