From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave it's a wonderful experience at Exeter Hidden Hearing. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to make sure you understand everything whether it is checking your existing Hearing aids or setting up new ones. Rosie and Richard are an asset to the company.

Your representative, Jack is a knowledgeable and very helpful audiologist who looked after my husband on this his second trip to complete the use and charging of his prescribed aids and then proceeded to look after my needs. Unfortunately he met up with two ears which were as waxed up as a beehive so then had to stop but advised me how to have the wax removed.

Friendly & Knowledgeable Audiologist.

They were very busy and Richard assured us they would be with us as soon as possible, Richard chatted happily to us while we waited for Rosie who seen we was waiting and within 5 minutes she was their looking after Mum.
