I felt hidden hearing treated me very well. The man that did my hearing test was very kind and knowledgeable of the product he sold me.

Excellent communication and friendly professional service. Thanks so much, Charley!

I felt heard! My session was very efficient and to the point. I explained why I was there and after a look inside my ears, I had the hearing test which was quick, easy and reassuring. No fuss with very pleasant welcome. The place to go for a test with no waiting list… thank you Sir

Andrew was efficient friendly and knowledgeable did the job well no fuss. The receptionist was very pleasant.

The customer service is second to none.

The experience is very efficient and I leave with the feeling that I have a great company supporting my hearing loss.

Camilla was extremely thorough and test my aids , this has resulted in improved hearing especially in noisy backgrounds

They are very professional and friendly at hidden hearing also very informative about what treatments you need

The premises are easily accessible in Edinburgh and one is immediately put at ease by the welcome we receive from the receptionist Margaret and then meeting Mr Fletcher who also gives us confidence with his informal manner who answers our questions in a professional way. In these times it is unusual to have no complaints

Charley's kindness and her knowledge and understanding in all things she seemed to know about my particular hearing difficulty.

The practitioner was pleasant and easy to get on with. All audio tests were explained to me and the results given to me on the spot. No waiting. The hearing aid is neat and not intrusive for a female. The after service is important to me and the fact one can pay in installments appealed to me as I have a very tight budget. Also that insurance is also offered.

I have always had a good experience at Hidden Hearing

The information and care I received inthe clinic was excellent.
However, the blitz of phone calls, taxt messages and e-mails that I received prior to my appointment were both unneccessary and irritating

Travelling from out of country, needed repairs to hearing aids, was pleasantly surprised by friendly and prompt service. Would recommend.

Friendly competent staff who know what they’re doing without singing their own praises

Very happy David was as always curtious, polite and patient my appointment was relaxed and stress free.

Thank you hidden hearing.
M.Fisher.

Always made very welcome, listen to how you are getting along wearing hearing aids and helping you with any problems.

I was working in Edinburgh this week & unfortunately one of my hearing aids stopped working. I called the Edinburgh branch & spoke to Margaret who was lovely & said to pop in to the office. I did & saw David who had it fixed in no time. 😊
They both were very friendly & helpful & I’m most grateful to both of them. Made listening to the students at Graduations a lot easier.
Thank you Margaret & David.

I was welcomed, introduced to my professional and made to feel relaxed. I was given time to understand what was happening.

Couldn't have asked for better service.
