Justin was the Audiologist who conducted my hearing test . He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable & thorough, explaining not only the workings of the hearing aids but the workings of the ear itself.
All the staff were friendly & welcoming which made the appointment a very pleasant experience all round.

Audika Eastbourne is very conveniently located near the train station. My husband has been a customer for some years. He has been very impressed with Ben's patient expertise in helping him chose the right aids. Gaye ensures the smooth running of the hearing centre alongside Ben. She is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Recently she offered to deliver and fit a new wire to one of my husband's hearing aids here at home, which was much appreciated.

I really cannot fault Audika in Eastbourne the service is faultless starting off with the lovely friendly Gaye who is always so helpful & kind as well as extremely knowledgable & of course the Audiologist Ben who is amazing at his job & nothing is too much bother too, they totally understand what it’s like to struggle with your hearing,so I highly recommend Audika to everyone ! Thanks so much to you both !

We visit Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne regularly and receive nothing but the very best attention from Gay the receptionist and Ben the audiologist. The premises are always spotless and welcoming. It's a pleasure to have a laugh with Ben and Gay who are both totally committed to you needs.

Friendly, excellent service, good repairs

From the telephone call confirming the appointment, I was made to feel comfortable about what was going to happen and that I should have someone with me. On arrival at Hidden Hearing, we were made to feel welcome. The hearing loss was explained clearly and professionally using the test results. Time was taken to explain the differences between the hearing aids and the costings. Recommendations were given. It was very good to have my husband in the room with me; decisions could be made immediately.

Couldn't do the hearing test as ear wax build up was too large. Amy helped me to get early ear syringe arranged.
