Went for ears tested lovely staff .very informed about what they were going to do on hearing test .would highly recommend that anyone seeking advice or needing an appointment

I went to the Doncaster branch this morning for a hearing test with David Shaw, and found I had a build up of wax in both ears so he managed to fit me in with Jan French the ear care practitioner who removed the wax in a few minutes, she explained everything to me what was happening which put my mind at ease, the treatment was pain free and over with in a few minutes jan was a lovely lady to deal with would recommend her

Went in to Hidden Hearing for a check up, ended up having some earwax removed. Jan French, the ear care practitioner talked me through everything and how it would work before we started the procedure, made everything more comfortable, no pain whatsoever, although she did say I might experience some discomfort.

Went to Hidden hearing in Doncaster. Had an appointment with Jan Fench, she was very professional, she had my ears cleared in no time, a fast painless service and now my hearing is great. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

I booked earwax removal with Hidden Hearing Doncaster branch now that the NHS no longer provides this service, the procedure carried out by their in-house professional Jan was outstanding and engaging, I would recommend this branch and Jan in particular to anyone who requires an audiologist, first class.

Brilliant service 🤩

Jan was able to diagnose why I had lost hearing on the first appointment and had cleared my left ear of impacted wax pain-free. Two weeks later I returned to have the right ear wax removed which Jan very patiently did. She was also able to tell me the health of my ears and referred me to a GP for a check up. I can now hear clearly out of both ears and will never use ear buds again!!

This was my first time attending hidden hearing due to my hospital appointment just being too far away and I couldn’t handle not hearing.
When I entered the reception I was greeted by a lovely lady at the desk, she offered me a drink and made general conversation. Very welcoming.
Then I was called in for my appointment by Jan. Well she was the most warming, caring professional I have met in a long time.
She took time to listen to my history of my ears and explained every single step that she was going to do.
She made me feel at ease and that I was in the best hands. She was caring and attentive to me when feeling some uncomfortableness and explained why I was feeling it.
My overall experience was just fantastic. Jan and staff were just really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future and requesting Jan for future appointments. Thank you so much Jan for regaining my hearing back!!!

Wasn’t able to hear properly for 6 months due to some excess wax. Jan and the team were excellent and managed to clear my ear of the stubborn wax on 2nd appointment and I can hear properly again!

I visited for wax removal recently and found the whole experience very good. Jan removed the wax for me and explained everything to me before starting, during and after which I found put me at ease during the whole visit. Jan is a lovely lady and I would recommend this treatment by her to anyone. Very please with the results.

Incredible service and a really friendly team

Visited for wax removal which had to be done in 2 visits due to both ear channels being narrow and twisted, in particular the compacted wax in the left one which was the subject of my second visit today. Both ears now clear. The scope of the works including the use of suction and cameras was carried out by Jan and I am very happy with the service and the cost.

I’ve just had an ear wax removal appointment with HiddenHearing in Doncaster, staff was nice—Jan in particular was very warm and accommodating and she talks you through every step. I am definitely recommending this place if you are looking into earwax removal.

The hearing test was excellent and expertly carried out.
What was wrong was the huge cost of the hearing aids that I tried. I find it quite impossible to find the cost of £5999 anything other than ridiculous especially as these hearing aids are available in the USA for half this price. Try being honest and upfront about cost.
