Like to thank your staff for all there advice very helpful for my sister with her hearing.

Daniel was a lovely, professional man, he explained what the test was about and about the guidelines.

A very pleasant experience, my appointment was on time and the assessor very professional.

Kia was fantastic, is an outstanding audiologist, and made the whole experience interesting and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Fruitful experience, very informative with clear understandable explanation of the procedures and tests results taken. Helpful guidance when choosing type of hearing aid and it's benefits/limitations. On the whole came away feeling very positive.

Daniel was extremely efficient and patient
After services is excellent

I can't recommend Hidden Hearing enough - I saw Terri for an ear wax removal appointment. She was very professional and explained everything before the appointment. The clinic was well presented and the receptionist Rebecca was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much

Very professional, polite and explained what was going on and the results in a understandable manner,
I would recommend hidden hearing to any one.

A very thorough audiology test, well explained. Excellent customer service and all round positive experience.

Always a great experience, staff are always lovely with just the right amount professional and personal. Wanna give a shout out to Kia and Rebecca too!

First of all, we were welcomed by name, and made to feel that we were important to the hearing consultant we met.
Everything was carefully explained, and questions respected and fully answered. A diagnosis was made, that we could understand and possible solutions were described in detail. Costs were open and relative merits presented clearly.

I was quite anxious about having this procedure done as I didn’t know what to expect, plus I’d been having a few problems with my ears, but Terri made me feel at ease. She talked through everything initially, whilst keeping me updated throughout. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing!

A return visit but after several years. The process was explained and results discussed in detail with graphs and even a view of the inside of my ear!

Very short wait to get appointment for ear wax removal
Practitioner was very professional and thorough

Had a a really pleasant visit when i went here a few weeks ago.

From the moment i entered i was offered a drink at the reception area, and then i met with the very professional Daniel Nicolson , who did a number of test as i have been struggling hearing things now and again, and have been speaking louder than usual and getting complaints from colleagues of me shouting on the phone - i work in a call centre , but the whole experience start to finish was pleasant and i would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a hearing test.

We can't speak highly enough of Kia Kirk at the Chester branch of Hidden Hearing. From the outset, she was attentive, thorough and highly professional. We have visited three times for my partner's assessment and fitting of new hearing aids and nothing was too much trouble. Kia's attention to detail was excellent and she was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Went for my yearly check/test, always good to deal with and friendly staff

Our time with Daniel a pleasure as always!

Promptly seen, expertly tested, useful advice.
