Really enjoyed attending the Shenfield Branch. The team were very professional, approachable and friendly.
The centre was very relaxing.
I was glad I chose to have my hearing test with Hidden hearing as I was also able to gain alot of information.

Debbie is friendly, efficient, sympathetic and professional.

I visited the branch in Shenfield on the 20th January 2026 and straight away Debbie made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Debbie explained to me the exact process and that I would be having a short ear test once completed. The earwax removal was painless but of course you could hear the machine noise.
I would certainly recommend anyone who’s got a hearing problem to visit Hidden Hearing.

Excellent service

Amazing experience at Hidden Hearing, Shenfield. We were greeted warmly in reception, and an adjustment to our appointment was made with no issue. Could not have been nicer. Into the appointment and Debbie was just amazing. Warm & friendly, Debbie immediately put us at our ease. She explained everything in simple, easy to understand language. She was patient & kind. Our appointment could not have been better. We would definitely use Hidden Hearing again.

I had ear wax removal carried out by Debbie at Hidden Hearing in Shenfield this time last year. I arranged another appointment for the same period this year, with it being a general follow up, (free of charge), to see if everything was still o.k. To my surprise I needed wax removal again. Debbie clearly showed me exactly what the issue was, (very narrow gaps in my ear canal with the rest of both ears completely blocked. I know, ooh! not nice). I'm very particular, (my wife thinks I have OCD!), so to find such an efficient, honest, transparent service in this 'look after number one' world, is a breath of fresh air. Both Debbie & receptionist Eva are absolute professionals and lovely people. I can't recommend the service they both provide more highly. Thank you both so much. Here's to this time next year, err, 2026 (ooh!, I know)

What lovely people. Debbie came in early today in order to see me before Christmas. Friendly and professional as is her colleague Eva. They are both prepared to go above and beyond. I really appreciated that.

Debbie at Shenfield is excellent. Very professional and caring. The ear wax removal service is excellent value for money and I would recommend the team at Shenfield if you are local.

Hidden hearing excelled in communicating with customers pre and post appointment including follow-up.
My appointment was conducted in a professional manner and all relevant information given and explained clearly. Thank you Patrick.

Wife and I had wax removal and hearing test at Shenfield branch. Debbie carried out a very professional and friendly procedure, explaining all steps including aftercare.
We highly recommend to anyone young or old

My recent visit was good because I was made to feel at ease straight away. There was a problem with my hearing aids and it was sorted no problem and I was reassured. The Hearing test was relaxed and carefully explained.

I have always found the staff very professional and courteous.

Went to Brentwood branch and was treated by Debbie. Must say the receptionist and Debbie were most helpful and caring whilst remaining professional.
Highly recommended

Debbie was fantastic and really put me at ease. I feel so much better now.

First rate home visit, a step up from the branch experience. Vicky was amazing: receptive, professional, kind and confident. She remedied the fact that my hearing aids had not been working for months.

Totally professional and friendly experience for both my husband and myself, we were well informed at every stage and both felt very comfortable and reassured during the procedure.

As a returning client I am always pleased with the professional treatment - today by Debbie in Shenfield,

The staff are always willing to help and accommodate, I would not go anywhere else.
