I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and offered a hot drink as soon as I stepped in. It wasn't long before I was called in for my appointment and the procedure of the treatment was explained to me by Matt. Both of my ears had a lot of wax in them and was removed within half an hour. One ear hurt slightly as the procedure was taking place but the outcome was worth it, as I can hear perfectly now. Matt was very thorough with explaining everything to me before and after the treatment. I would definitely use Hidden hearing again if needed.

First person i met was Maria.first thing I was asked if i would like a coffee or tea.then i waited a short time for my appointment. Rebecca came out of her room and introduced herself to me.I had all my tests and they were less stressful than i thought. I was fitted out with my hearing aids. Every thing was explained all the way through. I cannot thank these to ladies enough for making this so easy.Thank you Maria and Rebecca for all your help

Maria on reception was very friendly and helpful and Rebecca was professional, very thorough and explained things in an easy to understand way. She also made a point of speaking up and facing you when she talked to you which is very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Matt Errington was easy to speak to, and he carried out a very professional assessment and practical ear wax removal of both ears
It’s £10 more than Boots, but worth the difference

Had a consultation with Rebecca Chowney today in Bedford
It was the best experience I have ever had, when you say it’s opened your eyes, well this opened my ears 👂 like i have never experienced before for, I would recommend it too everyone, if you think you’re ears 👂 are getting bad try it. I would give it a 5 star plus 👍

I returned to the Bedford branch this afternoon and feel really pleased with the service provided by Maria (receptionist) and Rebecca (audiologist). I was able to book a convenient appointment at really short notice to have my Bernafon MiniRITE T R device re-tuned.

Maria offered me a nice cup of coffee on arrival and Rebecca invited me into her consulting room within two minutes of my arrival. I was able to provide my specific requirements on all four channels of my hearing aid. Whilst this took a bit of work (lol), I came away from the appointment hearing better and this made me feel more confident.

So thank you both for seeing me today, and I will see if a new ear mould is needed. I really hope other people who might need their device re-tuned can also feel happy with their improved hearing at Hidden Hearing.

I found it to be a professional audiology, well constructed and pleasurable. Polite, pleasant staff.

We were made welcome by Maria at reception and by Rebecca who was carrying out the test. A nice relaxed atmosphere and Rebecca explained what was going to happen. Any question, no matter how daft it may have been, was answered good naturedly.

They were very friendly and professional. Having been asked by the doctors to get a hearing test done, I visited hidden hearing Bedford. There was no pressuring to buy any products and the audiologist was very honest and up-front. Will be going for another check up in due course. Thank you!
