Siobhan was amazing, she was professional and persevered until the job was finished.

Siobhan was phenomenal! Not only did she sort my ears out but she was super accommodating and really kind. I had a bit of issue with sensitivity towards the end of my initial session but I had some wax left in my right ear, so Siobhan recommended that we stop there and resume in a week to allow my ear to be less sensitive! They didn’t charge me for both sessions and I only had to pay for the 1 at the end of the second session which was really considerate! Honestly they are lovely there and super helpful!

Everything being run smoothly, good service 😁

I have been using Hidden Hearing Bath branch for over 6 years. I have found all the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They genuinely care about their Clents. Rosie Aylward typifies this ethos, she is so positive and a pleasure to meet each year.

Appointment on time, hearing aids serviced, arranged further appt for trial of updated model. Usual constructive information and explanations. This is why I keep going to them.

Impeccable service from Andy and his team - even the coffee is good!

The young lady that reviewed my situation was honest and pleasant and was knowledgeable about the subject and the company This was despite being at a remote location

Friendly, knowledgeable consultant. Easy to discuss minor problem ---- fixed!
Made aware of unique advances in latest technology for hearing aids.

A home visit for a hearing test covered many points as well as the test. I found it very helpful. James was good at explaining everything about the test and answering my questions.

Received with respect. Offered a hot drink. Everything was explained in detail by the audiologist. I could not fault the car I had received at all. Can't even think of things that could be improved.

Wonderful! . The audiologist Andy was so patient and took every care to make sure I was comfy and understood the workings of my new hearing aids, he listened and took time to set them up exactly for my needs and lifestyle. Lovely quiet clean premises, i didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. I would advise anyone with hearing loss concerns to visit, thoroughly positive experience.

Excellent customer service. Jamie is a kind and caring individual who listens to everything and explains everything clearly. I can highly recommend.

My visit was prompt professional and thorough. As always I felt well advised. Upon examination I was found to have a rubber cover lodged in my right ear. An immediate appointment was made to remove it. The cover has been there for at least 4 months and my hearing was obviously affected. Many thanks to Andy collis for his quick diagnosis. First class service.

Well explained, detailed examination.

Very helpful, listened to concerns and talked through each stage of the hearing test.
