Professional, thorough, informative, relaxed, friendly and, to some extent, surprising…I didn’t realise quite how bad my hearing problem was.
Shaun is very good and the explanation of my problem made so much sense. The opportunity to try a live test was much appreciated. It was the equivalent of turning on the lights in a darkened room.

I have been wearing hearing aids for a number of years provided through a high street optician chain.
