When we struggled to sell my late Dad's house through the traditional methods, I was recommended to try Auction House but was uncertain and apprehensive. Dan Andrews gave wonderful advice and guidance, but still let me make my own decisions, I never felt any pressure. I always felt fully informed and once the ball was rolling I became very confident that the team would sell it at the best price that they could - which I feel they did! good method to sell if you don't want the hassle to make it look pretty for the retail market

From my recent experience I can wholeheartedly recommend West Yorkshire Auction House who sold my mother’s property. They provided an excellent service, were highly professional and gave first-class support and guidance throughout the process. I was rather unsure about going down the auction route but I had no need to be. It was all handled expertly. Communication skills were first rate, Dan in particular, who explained the auction process clearly. A very reliable team.
