SCAM ALERT! They are fraud. I ordered july 9th. Today is September 4th. But my order never shipped. I email customer service every time they said 2 weeks. But 2 weeks never ends. I claim refund. But didn’t recive. They are not responding from then.

I made an order on the 19th of July i believe, as they said on the website I would receive my order in 3 business days as they have a warehouse in Asutralia. I had an app downloaded that shows me the tracking process and the app said they hadn't received any details about my order. I then went and searched reviews for Aubrielle Jewelry and saw that other people were having similar issues. I emailed them and asked for a refund and I was told it couldn't be refunded until I had received my order because it was already processed, however my app didnt say they had ANY information from them. I waited until the 24th and disputed the charge with my bank and was given a refund.

I would give 0 if there was an option. 1 is too much for them. They send totally different products and make fool of people. I would never recommend anyone to spend even a penny on the products here!

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered my jewellery on 2 June 2026, and it’s now 19 July and my parcel is still showing as being in China.The shipping is ridiculously slow, and the tracking barely updates. If I’d known it would take this long, I never would have ordered. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend unless you’re prepared to wait a very long time. NOTHING BUT LIES! i’m so frustrated with this by spending £30 on a watch not even to receive it.I better get a refund

Total scam. Drop shipped from China and nothing like what I ordered.
When I emailed them they said that the photos are just for reference and the free gifts that were ordered I was not eligible for.

I placed an order on 22/05, and I still haven't received anything.
I emailed customer service, and they told me they would issue a refund, but I still haven't received it.

Annoyed I'm unable to give a zero star rating! First of all there were huge delays in delivery, the free gifts confirmed on my order were not sent, the watches sent were of extremely poor quality and not the watches I ordered! The response was that photography limitations were the cause of the difference in quality and style....when they have clearly sent me another style of watch which they stock instead of the ones I ordered. I advised I would be raising the issue with trading standards and am yet to get a response! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store.
I purchased a watch that was advertised as part of an anniversary promotion, including a free gift eligibility shown in the cart. The product I received was significantly different from what was shown on the website. The watch had no brand name, looked low quality, and did not match the design, size, or appearance of what was advertised. The box that was supposed to be included was also missing.
Shipping information was unclear and misleading. The website stated that orders to the USA and Canada ship from a US warehouse, but the item was delivered late, with no proper tracking updates, and arrived through an unexpected overseas route.
When I raised the issue, I was offered a partial refund (40%) or asked to return the item at my own cost, even though the product was not as described. I requested a fair resolution, including a prepaid return label, but this was refused.
Overall, the experience involved misleading product representation, unclear shipping information, and an unsatisfactory resolution process.
Also, I have reported this business account on instagram and on google , if possible please do so, so that they dont scam more people. !!
I would recommend caution when purchasing from this store.!!!!!!

Complete scam. I ordered two watches, plus was meant to receive the sunglasses and bracelet advertised. I only received one watch, and it was completely different to the ones I ordered (I ordered a round and an oval watch, the one they sent was square). The watch they sent was also poorly packaged and terrible quality. When I contacted customer service, their only response was “product images are for reference purposes only and slight variations may occur due to photography limitations” and that the gifts with purchase were limited to first 50 orders and mine was ineligible (despite the order being placed a month ago and the offer still being advertised). Despite multiple emails, customer service have still not even acknowledged that they only sent 1 watch instead of two, no offer for return or refund has been made, and they are doubling down on product images being a reference only and have refused to rectify that the watch provided isn’t even remotely close in appearance to what I ordered. I am disputing the charge with my bank as clearly I’m not going to get anything back from them.

Watches are cheap Temu at £2/3 but this company charges £29.99. Appears no one receives sunglasses or bracelet. To refund you must return them at cost of £20/30 complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

My experience purchasing the DOA Oval Watch was very disappointing. I received a completely different watch from the one I ordered, and on top of that, the product did not come in the promised packaging. Instead of arriving in a proper box, it came wrapped only in plastic, which is unacceptable and completely different from what was advertised.
I requested a return and a full refund, but I want to leave this warning for other customers: check carefully before buying. I do not recommend it.

This company is a SCAM. Please do not order from this website. In the pretext of Anniversary sale, they falsely advertised the images before purchase and what I received was completely opposite. The packages never had aubrielle house logos or anything. When asked for refund, was offered 20% refund and they agree the images displayed on the website may be different from the order. I still asked for a full refund and waiting for the response. Please save your money and do not fall for this scam.

Same as reviewer below - ordered a watch and was told I get 2 free items in my order confirmation, which apparently is only valid for first 50 orders so shouldn't have shown up in my email.

After many many chasers, I finally got the watch which was... the wrong model! I've been offered a 25% refund to keep the wrong watch or spend as much as international shipping to return it at my cost- which is in clear contradiction with the Consumer protection rules. Disgrace, and customer service has just kept the money - the watch is incredible cheap looking and a totally different model, not a 'slight variation' I am told I should expect in subsequent emails.
I should've just donated this money to a good cause and feel bad that have lost it to a scam, money-making company. Should've read the reviews first!

I never write bad reviews but unfortunately this one deserves it.

I was excited to collaborate with Aubrielle House for a new watch because I’d love to support SMBs.

According to the website, you are supposed to get 2 watches + other merchandise at new cost( mind it, it says only 50 people) so technically if I didn’t make the cut for it, it shouldn’t have shown up in my order to begin with.
However, that being said, the 2 watches I selected, one of them was incorrect.
When I reached out to customer service for it, I was told
“ Please note that product images on our website are provided for reference purposes only, and slight variations may occur due to photography limitations” which I think is absolutely ridiculous because if people are choosing from the website you have listed, they expect to get that exact product.

It wasn’t a slight variation, it was a completely different watch altogether. When I asked for the refund. They expect me to pay for shipping when they are the ones who delivered the wrong item! Instead of sending me the right item again, they conveniently emailed me the above.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order on 27 May for the Buy One Get One Free offer, along with the 5-year anniversary gift promotion that included sunglasses and a bracelet. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email after that no shipping updates, no dispatch confirmation, and no communication regarding the status of my purchase.

I attempted to contact the company by emailing the address provided in the confirmation email and by submitting a message through their website. Unfortunately, I received no response at all.

The only positive outcome was that my bank was able to refund the payment. The complete lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. It’s a shame because I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the watch, as it looked really nice.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
