Battery too small not enough power
Besvarelse fra WORX Australia
Hi John,
Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the 2Ah battery isn’t providing the power or runtime you were expecting.
We also have 4Ah PowerShare batteries available, which can provide longer runtime for bigger or more demanding jobs. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will pass your feedback on to our product team.
Kind regards,
The WORX Team
This is a very sturdy unit. It is easy to assemble, easy to handle, is quiet and cuts like a charm. It takes the effort out of pruning - and is safer to use than the telescopic pruning saw I had been using.
Works well and has good extension
Battery charger supplied was faulty but was replaced without question. Talked to extremely helpful person .
It is not too heavy and very easy to ajust pole length
