V300PF5 pelican vault case foam insert - ordered 2 by accident due to a error at the checkout. Contacted them via email and spoke to Sabrina whom was very helpful and managed to track down my order cancel the extra order and get my foam insert sent from USA to Australia in reasonable time.

You guys bring customer service to a new level. You got me the item even though it was rejected 3 times by transport services and was quickly delivered once through customs clearance. Have recommended to friends already and will use again. Absolute pinnacle of persistence and customer service.

Purchase & delivery of goods were very good

9 week wait for item.
Tracking link which gave no meaningful information.
Misleading advertising, suggesting a set of golf clubs which transpired to be a single club.
Item was very poor quality for the price.
Would not recommend.

The product range at Ninefit is exceptional. They have brands that are normally not available in Australia. Their shipping times and communication re orders are also excellent.

Ordered shuffleboard accessory kit and pucks broke into 2 pieces on the first use. Customer service said "it's still useable" and offered 25% discount on next purchase when I asked for replacements. Very dissappointed with quality and service.

I ordered and item that they then emailed me to say they had no more stock of. They refunded me %20 And then sent me the same like for like item. Communication was great snd it was up to me with how I wanted to proceed.

I purchased a tennis string not readily available in Australia.
The image associated with the product was of a tennis string REEL (200 metres of string).
The price was $108 - at such a price it would be reasonable to assume I was getting the 200 metres.
When I received the email confirming the product had been sent, the picture in the email was now a small set of the same string - only 12 metres.
I inquired with the company to confirm everything was okay, only be told the product I had purchased was, in fact, the small set… despite the picture advertised.
The company had the temerity to suggest the product was marked as “12 metres”.
It wasn’t in the title of the advertisement and neither was it in the description:

I did then see “12 metres” purportedly on the sticker of the actual advertised product (I had to zoom in), despite the fact the image was clearly that of a 200-metre reel.
It’s hard to believe that is not deliberate - akin to advertising an image of a Ferrari and charging a Ferrari price, but writing “Toyota” on the door handle in small print and expect the buyer to know they’re not buying a Ferrari.
The company suggested I could refuse delivery and return to sender, assuring me of an eventual refund, or receive the package and follow instructions to return it myself.
Having (unsurprisingly) not been home when the package arrived, I now face the antagonising process of returning it myself which has prompted this review - because I ain’t happy.

website was easy to use.
only down side, stock had to come from over seas so waited a bit longer than expected.
