He went to great lengths to ensure the testing gave a clear picture of my hearing difficulties. He answered all my questions and clearly explained everything in a very understandable way. His focus was clearly on my hearing and addressing my problems which was truly appreciated. Thank you so much Josh and Jenny. I look forward to my hearing journey with you along with me.

Erin is so courteous, professional and thorough in her assessments of my hearing and tinnitus issues. Her advice is very reassuring. I know that I am being well looked after. Jenny is most pleasant and welcoming at reception and in phone calls.

Erin is one of the best
Erin is one of the best, explained everything in layman’s language. Very happy with my new hearing aids especially the recharging, no more fiddling with batteries. Also love the TV remote thingy can listen in peace and quiet. Oh, Jenny is tops, got here finger on the pulse, good at making my appointment and reminding me when it is due.
