Refund time is ridiculously slow, sent 6th Jan today is the 15th and only just got an email to say they received it and will be another 5-7 days to receive money! Why?!

Golf clothes bundle error
Son received a golf bundle as a gift but the trousers were too small, emailed to ask what I could do, couldn’t have been more helpful, sent label for free return and then sent code to order correct size and only pay P&P, such a breath of fresh air and restores faith in online purchasing, Annmarie was amazing! 100% recommend! Thank you so much.
