This will be my 2nd year, and its great user friendly.

A lot of the software does not work.
facebook plugin Does not work
Twitter pugin Does not work
The email Hunter works sometimes. Customer service is there but they just play with you, they know the software is not what they say it is but just drag you along on a pointless two and thow of emails.
Smtp to go is not very good at all out of 5k emails only 159 were opened lol
Also you can get a refund, go straight to 2checkout and request as Atompark try to say there are no refunds again this is not true

I've been using the SMS sender and it's terrible, I've been blocked for 6 days by their team which was unable to moderate a message. Only when I wrote a complain to PA courte they unblocked my campaign. Do not buy their service!

The service is exceptional in that it provides customers with the opportunity to utilize a trial version before committing to payment. I am content with the service.

Friends, the mail tracking tool is really terrible.mail tester results in the results of the spam score drops 4 points, that is, it causes the mail to fall into spam.because the pixel tracking link I use falls into the blacklist.add your own domain name, they said it would be fixed, we did it and I got the same result again.when I told them, they tried to blame me, then they said it would be fixed soon when I showed proof, but I have been waiting for 2 weeks and it still hasn't fixed.be careful about this issue.

Great! I just recently started using mass mailings and I'm very happy that I found this software. I've used it to build my own email database. By the way, I have already sent out a couple of mass emails and they have been successful.

The software does what is it stated. It may seem simple and with a bit outdated design, but it satisfies my needs.

I use Verifier to clean up my list. It requires some pre set up, but once I configured it with the support stuff, it is working smoothly till now. Mind it won't validate yahoo emails, but the story is the same with other validators I tried.

Начнём с того, что очень долгая модерация, может длиться и до часу, пока сам не напишешь в техподдержку нечего не проверят. Дальше, тех поддержка не приветливая, без уважения, как будто ты им что то должен, отношения как клиенту ужасное. Так же личный менеджер склонен к вранью, говорит что пытался связаться со мной но ни пропущенных звонков ни емайлов я не получал.

На счёт рассылок, процент доставленных 80% это реальных процент который был у меня прижимом база была с подтверждением по смс. Перешёл на нормальных сервис там процент доставленных 95-98.

Сервис абсолютно не заинтересован в поддержке клиентов и сервису абсолютно напиливать на твои какие то планы.

Вообщем советую пользоваться сервисом другими сервисами, благо их много.

Ещё, имейте ввиду, если получаете жалобу, Вам никто не поможет, сервис не заинтересован в помощи своим клиентам. Даже тем с которыми они работают долгое время.

Я веду несколько проектов, и все компании, с которыми я работаю, используют в своем бизнесе имейл-рассылку. Я не профи в этом вопросе, но знаю, что надо поддерживать хорошую репутацию почты отправителя, а для этого надо следить за актуальностью контактов и чистить базу от несуществующих адресов. Некоторые просто перестают отправлять письма адресам, которые долго не проявляли активность, да, это тоже способ. Но я нашла Verifier Online. 550 грн за год на 4 проекта - это вообще не деньги.

I called about their software was told it can do many things that I wanted. When I downloaded it and tried it I found out I couldn't do what I wanted. I wrote back stating my complaints and that's when all the lies started. They suspended my account and said I would get a refund within 10 business days. Never got it. Then emails after emails started and numerous excuses even blaming 2Check out and PayPal. After many emails with Dimitris everything was given to Galina and I had to go over everything again. Then numerous emails and lies from her. I wrote PayPal and they told me that since I initially got a product key, they couldn't do anything. I kept emails Atom Park and kept getting the run around. Then I got an email from Dimitris apologizing and my account is now active. I wrote back and told him I removed the software from my computer because they suspended my service and that I wanted my refund. Then I got an email from Michael and he said my account was active and there was no reason for a refund.
IT'S A SCAM AND THERE SOFTWARE IS NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM. I read online that others had the same problem.

Their products are good but their customer service is awful, I ask to get the key i purchase in the past, and even though they publish it's a one time payment they ask you to "renew and upgrade to a better version", when I told them I dont want too, I'm happy with the old version, "suddenly" my key was exceeded the activations allowed.
To calrify, I have only one laptop i use for few months now. I did activated once on my old pc but they said I activated it more than the limit allows and if I want more I need to pay.
Personally I believe they deactivate keys for people. So that people have to buy more and more, most people don't argue I believe so they pay.
Anyway to me it smells like a fraud and I will not buy from theme ever again.

На протяжении этого времени я успел не раз пообщаться с технической поддержкой и могу уверить, что у АтомПарка самая терпеливая и вежливая поддержка. Ребята объясняли мне все нюансы без нервов и спокойно, что не может не радовать. Ранее я общался с техподдержками других компаний и постоянно наталкивался либо на ботов, которые не могли мне помочь, либо на сотрудников, которые не хотели этого сделать.
Касательно самой продукции у меня не возникало проблем ни с использованием ни с установкой. Качество продукции отличное: понятный интерфейс, скорость работы и качество результата. Я пользуюсь двумя программами на постоянной основе, это ePochta List Manager и ePochta Mailer. Мне очень нравиться, что списки можно импортировать в любых форматах, а с помощью Mailer-а я отправляю массовые персонализированные кампании. Так что, если вы ищите инструменты для емейл маркетинга, вам к этим ребятам.

I use an Atomic product not long ago but I have something to tell. What I like the most is the features of the software. Each program is the best among competitors for me. The process of buying is easy and fast. You can pay in any convenient way even WebMoney. I use Atomic Email Hunter and all features that I need I've found in this program. I can set keywords and the program gives me the list of email addresses that can be interested in my proposition. For me, it is the best parser ever, and I am happy that I find it.

A really good product that can do it all when it comes to email marketing. Takes some time setting up, but once it's up and running, no other tool comes close to the power Atomic Email Studio has. Great all-round email marketing tool, just not too stable anymore in 2023 I'm afraid.
