After speaking to the initial person who answered, I was transferred to the agent who was very polite and had excellent conversational skills throughout the call. My questions were answered. The call I had today with Altas Financial was good.

The representative explained everything clearly. The rep made sure I was comfortable with signing documents by allowing me to read them first. The complete was able to get me a fair payment to repay my student loan debt as well as finally get on the correct path to loan forgiveness which I have been quarantined for many years.
