Great customer service.
Initially gave 2 stars for my experience with Atlasaccessories after the leather on the necklace I bought from them started twisting which wasn’t quite the look I was going for, however, I have now upgraded to 5 stars after the reply I received from them. If I had fully read their site I would have seen that the leather twisting is to be expected as their leather is hand cut and not mass produced. They have offered to change the leather or give me a full refund which is very decent of them considering the mistake was on my part. As I love the necklace I am going to keep it and see if I can get used to the leather twisting. Thank you Atlasaccessories.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed. The leather is all hand cut and so isn't perfectly round and therefore twists a little after wearing it. Only mass produced leather that is put through a machine is round. Typically the leathers twists enough so that it takes on a rounder shape although then has a slightly different aesthetic. We have a photo of the leather and how it twists on the leather materials page but appreciate not everyone may see that. You can swap it for recycled sterling silver or Bison leather which twists to a lesser degree if you like. If it really bothers you though we understand and you are free to return it for a refund if you prefer. Let us know what we can do to make it a better experience for you.

The quality of the bracelet is excellent. Wear it all the time. The only reason for not giving top marks is it took just short of a month to arrive. But love the bracelet to bits.

So glad you love the bracelet, that is great to hear. Just to clarify, we sent you the bracelet the first week you ordered and received confirmation delivery from Royal Mail that you had asked for it to be left in a safe place. Unfortunately it seems someone stole it from there as when you reached out to ask where your piece was we reconfirmed the delivery with them and that it had been requested to leave in a safe place and we did explain this. Nevertheless we sent you a replacement without question. Wear in good health and again apologies for the hassle.

Amazing!
I've ordered a Jade amulet necklace from Atlas accessories and I will say - I never came across a company with such an amazing attitude towards customers - not only my amulet necklace looks amazing but also the whole experience was incredibly smooth.
After conversation with Dagna we come up with perfect length for my leather chain (I'm build different)
So I can highly recommend them as they deserve all the recognition on the market!

The arrival of order was quick but I…
The arrival of order was quick but I was disappointed with the clasp. It is so very difficult to put on. I really love the bracelet so not gonna return it but I just wish it was easier to put on. The clasp is different, it does not have the lobster claw tht is usually used on chain and bracelets. That would really help.

Hi Grace, sorry to hear that it has not been a good experience for you with the clasp, it is a little trickier than the lobster claw clasp. We chose this design in particular because it did not have anything that could catch on closing, and for the look, but we can put a lobster claw clasp on it for you if you prefer, no problem. Let us know by email to info@atlasaccessories.com and we can give you the information to send it back to us, we will swap it out and get it right back to you.
