They do a great job advertising and even when checking out, they give you a delivery date of 3-4 business days. As soon as I placed my order. I received two emails (2/26/26) that my was placed. Immediately after that I received another email “shipping notice”. That email states “however, due to certain logical challenges on our end shipment of orders will be delayed 5 to 7 business days. We are working on active remedy to this unfortunate situation. Should have 2 to 3 business day shipping very soon.” On 3/2/26 I received an email that my purchase has shipped. I clicked on the “track my package” and it takes me to a Chinese based shipping company “YunExpress”. Today is 3/7/26 and nothing has changed. The tracker shows “processing”. Good luck if you need this for an upcoming meeting. I hope this is worth the wait. I want to return it just because they mislead this transaction from the beginning.

this company will not respond when requesting a refund. I have been asking for 2 weeks. The app sucks and it does not live up to what they say it does.

After that adjustment phase, though, it's been very helpful. It now answers most common questions automatically and forwards serious inquiries to our team. It's made our daily workload lighter.

We use it primarily to filter serious inquiries from casual questions. The AI asks pre-qualifying questions before passing leads to our sales team. That alone has saved us hours each week
