Spent $7000 on a whim on a life size Iron Man because I thought it was a limited item as their website said “only 2 left” and the super 50% off “sale is ending on 2 hours”! Well, I got fooled, I went back to the website 2 days later supposedly the sale should’ve ended, the same item is STILL “onsale” and it’s even less cost at the sale price that I bought mine at AND now it has “7 left”? WTF!? I fell for the marketing gimmick. So the bads, false advertising, not limited items, was never “on sale” because it was ALWAYS on sale, AND it took 2+ months to receive. Yes, do NOT believe the delivery date that is on the website at the time of purchase. That is ALL a lie. If you purchased a life size sculpture, expect to receive it in 2-3 MONTHS because it will be freight shipped with FREIGHT CARGO SHIPS from China. I tracked my cargo ship for 1.5 months and then once it got to the seaport in NY, waited another 2-3 weeks to have my sculpture delivered. The GOODS, the sculpture is PHENOMENAL and AWESOME! I love it. It is as advertised and better in person. It was worth the $7000 and the wait. Happy my Iron Man came in one piece. Also, my order concierge, Julie, was great. She was ALWAYS there when I texted her. All in all. Happy that I didn’t get scammed, love my high end sculpture, but the long wait and false advertising decreased Atelier’s rating.

Scammers! They sent me fake statues from from Hong Kong. The statues are replicas. Poor paint quality. Paint looked like it was painted by an amateur. One of the statues arrived broken. My instinct told me are scammers but they reassured me they are legit. I was fooled by their fancy website with expensive luxury taste. They told me there’s another company claiming to be them that’s scamming people. Atelierhome-art.com is the real scammers. I have proof. I had to get my bank involved to get my refund. There is also a hidden import fee. They should be arrested for fraud. Beware!!

Terrible to deal with. Communication via email is not good, just lagging and wasting time

A 10/10 Experience , The Lifesize Ironman looks even better in real life than on the pictures and Julia the Customer Care Associate is a helpful one as well.

What I appreciate most is that it’s not trying to appeal to everyone—it doesn’t need to. This is the type of piece that filters the room. People either understand it instantly, or they don’t.

Installation was seamless, and once placed, it immediately shifted the entire energy of the environment. It doesn’t accessorize a space—it defines it.

If you’re looking for subtle, this isn’t it.
If you’re looking for something forgettable, definitely not.

But if you understand presence, scale, and the power of a true statement piece—you already know why this works.

Their products are amazing. The Superhero statues look even better than they do in the pictures. The customer service is great. The products exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

The experience has been a professional personal message contact with speedy responses generally straight away . The quality of products have been outstanding which is why I have 8 now in my collection . My representative Julia has accommodated my requests .

They do not reply to their remails which is very disrepecting.

Its just a very weird expiriance.

They are advertising that you have galleries in Europe and people like Andrew Tate come and visits them in person. Okay.

I execute the order and 2 days i see that they are doing dropshipping from China.

Okay , lets shallow that too. Delivery should be like one week , that is respectable for fake dropshipping stores.

Its been almost a month and item is still not here.

3 Days ago they offer me a full refund and i accepted it and now they changed their mind and asked me to refund value to 30%. (200 euro out of 600+)

I will update this review as soon as they complete their promise (i have kept their emails for evidence)

It's virtually impossible to unsubscribe from their newsletter. I tried for weeks, system keeps telling me that I've been unsubsribed successfully, before they continue spamming me just minutes later - which is btw illegal in Europe. I also sent dozens of mails that nobody reads or answers. Lowest standard of communication ever.
