I whatsapped the team late at night for an urgent booking the following day not even expecting a reply that night. They replied within minutes and was so so nice to accommodate to my needs. I also asked about the difference in packages and felt so bad that I was being annoying. But not once did they make me feel like that. Such speedy actions taken from them while being so nice and kind.

On the day of my appointment at the orchard branch, I arrived 30 mins early. And yet, I was in and out within 10 mins (i did a blood screen).

Overall super smiley, accommodating and kind staff!

The entire process is normal. Price for the health screening is consider expensive. However, the results were returned in a timely manner which is positive.

The staff at ATA are very professional & efficient. I especially liked the ease of booking via their WhatsApp. Linus who is in charge of it is very helpful & will do the very best to meet the customer’s needs. Dr Leonard Leng is also very understanding & knowledgeable. He advised me against doing a cholesterol test if my hyperthyroidism isn’t showing normal results as it would distort the cholesterol results. No doctor has ever mentioned that. Thus I now trust him with my cholesterol management. The lady staff in charge of drawing blood for testing is also very good as she’s able to find the appropriate vein & makes the process less painful & with no blue black marks after it’s done! Last but not least, ATA provides very affordable & the latest cholesterol tests on par with those available in America! Thank you ATA, Dr Leonard, Linus & lady staff in charge of drawing blood! The doctor that reviewing & explaining my health screening report is very details and professional.
Due to the on-going A&A work in the clinic after operation for around 1 month, the environments a bit noise and messy.

Went to ATA Medical in Orchard to revive a screening for my work pass. Was able to walk in without an appointment which was easy. Staff made the whole process so quick and easy from start to finish. I was finished in 30 minutes. Very happy with this service.

It was a very efficient process; filled out a form for the vaccine I required and after that waited for a few minutes to receive the injection.

When for the noble health screening package. Result was detailed and the Doctor explanation was detailed.

Our family of 4 went to ATA Medical, Orchard branch on a weekday afternoon for flu vaccinations. The staff were polite and the process from registration, to signing forms, waiting and getting the vaccination was quick.

The clinic was nice, quiet and comfortable and the doctor called us in 2 by 2 and administered the vaccination smoothly - no crying from the kids!
