Best decision we have made in years
We recently had an ATAG boiler installed, and I couldn't be happier with the decision.
First and foremost, a massive shoutout to our installer.(Pete from Heatrite) The service we received was top-tier from start to finish—incredibly professional, tidy, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly.
As for the ATAG boiler itself, the build quality is immediately obvious. It is an exceptionally well-made piece of engineering. Two things stood out to us right away: it is extremely quiet (you honestly hardly know it’s running)as the airing cupboard is in our bedroom, and it's highly economical, which is a massive plus for our energy bills.
It has also made a noticeable difference to our water temperature for the better—no more fluctuating temperatures, just instant, consistent hot water. And not to mention the long warranty that comes with it provides fantastic peace of mind. Knowing we are covered for years to come makes this a phenomenal investment.
Highly recommend both ATAG and a quality local installer if you want a stress-free heating upgrade!

ATAG was recommended by boiler…
ATAG was recommended by boiler servicer. The fitted boiler is reliable, quiet, efficient and with TADO app easy to operate.
Service from supplier has been good and ATAG have followed up with calls to check the boiler is performing well. They have provide technical support. Though I have not needed to use that service it is reassuring to know it is available.

So far so good. Boiler recommended by trusted plumbing company who are certified to install and service product. No real problems so far after 21 months. Appears to be very efficient and easy to control through the Hive app. Good warranty. Recommended.

Great boiler to have .
This range of boiler I’m told by a lot of people is the best right now , The control box took a bit of getting used to as you keep the temperature constant rather than turning it up and down, husband still can’t grasp it , it worked better for me in winter than our old boiler as I felt the house was always a good temperature, great customer service and warranty, will know next year if we are saving money or not .

A completely hassle free boiler
Economiser condensing boiler. We had this fitted when our old boiler had come to the end of it's life two years ago. It was recommended by our plumber as being top quality. At the same time we had new radiators. It was not the cheapest, however I am hoping it will be best value over the years as it comes with a very long guarantee. It comes with an app to control it remotely, which can be programmed with multiple scenarios. Room thermostats are fitted to the new radiators. So we are sure it is more economical than our old system. Difficult to be more precise due to the complete refit.
It is very quiet and, so far, completely hassle free.

Efficient boiler at a reasonable price
I have had my Atag boiler for 18 months now. It's very easy to use and efficient. It was recommended by my gas fitter who has installed many of them. Comes with a 12 year warranty.
Battery operated remote control is very convenient.

ATAG arranged to send an engineer out to me as I was having a problem with my boiler not giving me hot water. He checked out the mechanics of the boiler and made adjustments and since then it been working well so thank you Billy.
